I was in the store this morning to do an equal exchange of a product. There were several associates around and the Customer Service area was lit up. I walked up and asked an associate if I could exchange my product, and without even looking up, she stated that Customer Service was opened at 8:00am. I asked if there was another way to exchange this simple product, but she repeated what she said, of course with an attitude. I asked for a manager, considering I have done a simple exchange before without Customer Service. The manager came with an annoyed look on her face as if I as disrupting her day. She addressed me with the same attitude as the associate and I kindly reminded her of the importance of the delivery of information. Yes, everyone has bad days, but the attitude was just unreal. And this is the place I buy my groceries weekly.

The worst. I will never return to any walmart or Sam's. I know I'm only one person but my money has been used at these places a lot. No longer. Placed a delivery order, half my order is missing. Reach out to Walmart, that already took payment and they informed me there is nothing they can do. It was over 20 items missing not one or two. I'm just in disbelief... o stars but I had to chose a 1

It's Walmart, but here's something you may not know. They have a small selection of #GrassFed beef, lamb, and bison. Prices are good and the quality is pretty good. A safe bet to grab some Grass Fed options for the #Carnivore in your life!

This rating is for something that Walmart does that absolutely drives me crazy. I will order something online for pickup or delivery and they immediately, within nanoseconds, take the money out of my account, and the merchandise that was supposed to be in stock isn't, or it will get to my home way later than the original delivery date. And then when it's time to get a refund, it takes about a week or longer to go back into my account, but yet they can withdraw my funds in an instant for merchandise that isn't even in stock. Fom now on I am only shopping with cash at Walmart. They won't be able to track me and if I want a refund, they can't use any excuse other than to give me cash back. Honestly, if I had another option I wouldn't even shop at Walmart any more. Guess I will really have to check out my options because I'm tired of it. I'm sorry, but I never have this problem with Amazon, and if I do they take care of it immediately. I really appreciated the idea of being able to have things delivered or grocery pickup, but overall it's been more of a headache than it's been helpful.

I caught a boy spraying the spray paint on the floor. I told him to stop and he cussed me out so badly. so I followed him while looking for an employee. when we finally found one, he rolls his eyes, says yeah, they do that. He wouldn't even look at the kid!! let alone tell him it was WRONG! So I asked for a manager. Shelly, the manager finally shows up and she says there's nothing she can do. She ALSO doesn't have the guts to even have the guts tell that boy hes not allowed to graffiti the store! OR call security, which I asked both employees to do. Great job Shelly. You just taught those kids it's ok to deface/destroy Walmart, and probably any other property he feels like. And I'm the one paying for the clean up in your prices. Not to mention, if you don't take pride in your job or your store, how are you a manager?!?!?

This Walmart is insanely MASSIVE. You can get your nails done, eat McDonald's, get some cases for you electronic devices, etc. So much things to do while you wait for your mom & pops, grandma & grandpa, or whoever you're shopping with! The prices are good, hit or miss quality, organized, staffs that I encountered were nice, checkout sections are awesome!

If you're ordering online and picking up your groceries, there is a problem. You follow the directions, wait 20 mins for an open spot to park, send your parked location, and wait 40 minutes for the 1 person working to bring your order out. How can a company like this treat their workers like shit like this?

Worst store I've ever been to for pick up orders. They have 20 spots, but continuously only have 2 people working the pick ups. On several occasions I've waited well over an hour for my order. When addressed with an associate, they suggested to just flat out cancel. No other remedies offered. Often times, the order is missing items or you get stuff from someone else's order. If you're using this store for pick up, plan to wait 1-2 hours and make sure to double check every item.

I cannot understand why they have so severely limited the use of electric carts in their store. There are numerous carts lined up, all stating 'out of order' while needy customers find it necessary to follow users out of the store to get their carts. In an area with as many elderly and disabled persons they should provide the facilities necessary for them to do their shopping. For me, if I enter the store and no cart is available so I can shop for my needs without serious pain, I will leave the store and go elsewhere.

Had an 8am appt for 4 tires. It's 10:45 and I'm still sitting here. When asking for an estimated time for the first 90 min all they could tell me was "I was next" I keep asking, would respond they're on the 2nd tire, so on can't give me a time! It shouldn't take 3 hours to get tires! Won't be back to this location! Poor poor customer service! When I asked for some sort of compensation, said $20 off.

Worst store ever! Saturday afternoon and there are 2 humans checking people out. Lines are so backed up at SELF CHECOUT you can't walk through. Tried calling customer service 5 times and no answer while I watched the rep with no customers. Walmart wants to continue to jack up their prices while we do all of the work. I will never go to another Walmart again. I would rather pay Publix prices then go there. The people doing the shopping for other people are talking on their phones, swearing, listening to rap music, it's ridiculous!

Avoid this one for pickup orders. Severely slow and under staffed. 10 pickup spots all filled with 8 people waiting for spots. You'd be looking at 45 minutes or more of waiting.

I have shoped here twice a week over many years for groceries, household goods and personal care products. This for convenience, value, and the exercise. Auto care services my car while i shop. Pharmacy is a good value here, but its an hour or more to get my occasional prescriptions filled. Retail staff is cheerful, and helpful which is important, because the store is huge. Produce, meats, poultry, and bakery items are reliably fresh. Fruit is abundance and rarely disappoints. I especially like fresh beef and pork that is packaged sliced, cut up, and cubed for convienient preparation at home. Frozen vegetables do not spoil in my refrigerator. They are a real value as they as good as fresh when steamed or microwaved in the package. The isles and rest rooms are generally in good order, which is amazing as there are tens of thousands (no kidding) that shop here every day. Stock-outs and occasional staff shortages have appeared as a matter of course since the Covid has been with us. Recent remodeling has brightened the store and added to the self-checkout I normally prefer to use. But some days, I like to have a cashier do the work!
