Avoid This Pharmacy – Unprofessional and Condescending
I recently attempted to have a prescription filled at NP Pharmacy at 7644 Park Blvd N for the second time, and my experience left me a little frustrated. After my doctor adjusted my medication dosage following a thorough consultation, I called the pharmacy to check on the status of the updated prescription. To my surprise, the person who answered the phone said they didn’t agree with my doctor’s prescription and refused to fill it, despite never having spoken to me before.
What really stood out was the condescending attitude they displayed throughout the call. After only two minutes of dismissive conversation, they abruptly hung up on me, leaving no opportunity for any kind of respectful discussion.
For a pharmacy to refuse service without understanding the situation or contacting my doctor for clarification is deeply unprofessional and shows a complete lack of care for their customers. If you’re considering using this pharmacy, I’d strongly advise against it. The poor communication, lack of respect, and refusal to provide necessary service make this an establishment to avoid—especially when it comes to something as important as your health.

While I understand the pharmacy’s responsibility to ensure the safe and appropriate dispensing of controlled substances, my concern was not solely about the decision to refuse my prescription. The core issue was the condescending and dismissive way in which the conversation was handled.
It’s important that pharmacists communicate with patients in a respectful and professional manner, even when clinical judgment leads them to question a prescription. The lack of willingness to have a respectful discussion, compounded by being hung up on, was what made this experience so humiliating.
I believe that open communication between patients, pharmacists, and doctors is essential to providing quality care. Unfortunately, this situation fell short of that standard. I hope the pharmacy will take this feedback seriously and work to improve how they communicate with patients moving forward.

They did help me out.but I had to pay 120$for my prescription. I never paid for my prescription. I think he still billed my insurance company. So now I have to wait on reimbursement hofully I get it

This pharmacy was recommended to me from a friend. I have been there fie almost a year and built such a great report with them. I would say that Lee is so awesome but he is no longer tgeew dyextiva personal issue. The owner tge ogg is super down to earrht and wikkibg to super cool. I live when I gi in _my nontgl meda are ready to go abs always in stock. Live these fyys!;
