Poor staff interactions and bad presentation. Went in today to look around for some musical instruments. When walking through the door, I commented on the way Google does not show this location when I type in "pawn shop," in an attempt to start a conversation regarding his business. The man looked at me like I had insulted him and said, "weird. What are you looking for" in a short and interrogating manner. After shrugging off the tone, I explained I was looking around for now. After turning a corner and seeing an unorganized mess of inventory and tools, I followed my statement with the question "still setting things up?" In an attempt to strike up a conversation again. Instead, the man grew irritated and raised his voice. He stated he had been here for 9 years and remarked the absurdity of the question in an aggravated tone. I walked a bit further into the shop and stopped my interaction with him, seeing that my words seemed to only upset him. After looking at his minimal stock, I began to exit the building, and the man at the counter said, "Have a good day" in an incredibly mocking tone. My impression of the Omega pawn is a bad one. The stock was limited to guitars, hand tools, and some small items on the counter. The stock was unorganized and seemingly placed randomly. There were items on the floor blocking walkways, and parts of the building were unfinished (prompting my question regarding his progress in building the shop); the shop is also dark with very little lighting. I would expect a lot more professionalism from a shop that claims to have existed for many years. After all, there are many small locally owned shops in the area that have existed for far shorter and provide a better experience for their customers. For the forseeable future, Omega pawn will not be on my list of places I suggest you visit.

First timer here, Greg made me feel welcomed and in no way did I feel embarrassed that I needed rent ?. Gave me what I thought was an outstanding price. I will definitely be back, hopefully to buy and will recommend him!! Thank you for your kind and over and above service.

No stars if I could. Walked into the store with my bike, he didn't even greet me when i walked in, the first words out of his mouth was "i don't buy or sell bikes. I went in to sell movies and was told that he doesnt buy movies either.. he had about 10 different movies, non of them are newer movies, no blu-ray either. He was not very customer centric and seemed as if i was a burden as soon as i walked into the store. I will never be going here again. Poor customer service at its finest. i dont even know how this guy is still in business. all the selves are bare!!!!!!!

This establishment isnt even worth giving zero stars, i would rate this experience negative 5 stars if i could, but we all know we have to at least give one star. I have been to many one star rated places before and have never been treated the way i was just treated. First off the owner of the shop didn't attempt to greet me in any way when i walked in his shop he just stared at me, i had to announce and make the greeting. After I had greeted myself I began to explain that I was looking for an engagement set. he bagan to question and ridicule me on not knowing what type of precious metal that i want to get, he then ridiculed me on my price point that i had avilable to be able to buy a ring set for my future wife. When he started doing that I didn't want to stay any longer for it so i left. Don't come here if you're looking for respect or good customer, you wont find it.

Very friendly not sure why this guy has a few low ratings. He really is very communicative and helpful. Gets good stuff, I always stop in to see what he has. I asked him about why his reviews were so low and he said a lot of people get really upset when he can’t give them top dollar for their junk. This guy is honest and he was willing to buy my bracelet for a fair price 14k gold. He holds peoples jewelry longer than he should even past 60 days he told me some customer needed a loan on a 3 carat diamond ring and he lent her more than other pawn shops would and then she couldn’t pay for months, a jeweler came in and offered him $24k for it and he denied him for the sake of his customer even though he could have made a ton of cash.

Extremely rude personnel over the phone. I called to ask a simple question and they jumped to conclusions and didn't seem to listen very well from the very start of the call. I've never pawned anything before and they don't seem to genuinely care about good customer service. His tone of voice was uncalled for given the circumstances and he seemed to enjoy degrading and demeaning customers such as myself; the disrespect given to my person was astonishing. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're wanting to be treated with a shred of respect. I just wanted basic information and they made it seem like it was too much of a burden to help a potential customer.

I would put no stars, but its not an option. Tried to call ahead to ask questions, it continously rang with no answer. I drove there and although the open sign was on, no one was around. The manager I suppose he was, pulled up as I was getting ready to leave. I seemed more like an inconvenience to him than a potential customer. He also low balled a ring I got for over 300$ that is not bent or broken in any way, there are no scratches, and all the diamonds are intact. He offered me 52$ that I declined, knowing its value is more. I looked at similar rings in the casing that were highly priced, and smaller than mine, with less diamonds, $400 or more. I deffinitly would not recomend selling or pawning jewlery with them.

Wow horrible pawn shop!!! The guy sitting behind the desk was extremely rude 😡. I wanted to pawn my engagement ring well because I had to and he looked at my ring turned his face up and said is this silver we don't take silver it's not worth anything to me. So I tried to pawn my laptop and hesaid no we don't take laptops.... So my question is what do you take?

My first ever pawning anything in Florida. Great Guy! Had a bill to pay. Only took one of my jewelry pieces I had to offer for amount I needed. Went there because of reviews I read. Will recommend!!! Thank you, thank you, again!!!
