Because returns and exchanges count against the employee internally the cashiers lie and say they can't return things and I drove to st pete store and return/exchange just fine. Internally it shows up on their numbers so corperate oreilys should change that so they have better customer service.

This place never disappointed me! They are always helpful everytime I came to grab things from the store and tonight was no different! James was superb! doing the extra steps to help right before they closing the store to get my car running after hearing about my car died at the light down the street on the way to the store.
