I called and stated that I've never stored all of my belongings before. The lady asked what all I had and the size of my items. She put me in a storage unit way to small. I had to call again and rent another unit. I was told there wasn't a bigger unit available. The manager Kristina called me Monday. I explained to her what happened. Kristina stated that I shouldn't have ever been put in the first unit that there's no way it was big enough. Kristina only subjection was she would give me 3 days to move to a bigger unit. I can't move during the week so now I'm screwed paying for 2 units when they put me in a unit that was 2 small. Kristina has zero customer service skills.

It is very easy the sizes and pricing is all there. Nothing hidden can click on sizes and see video of what can fit in each unit size. Get to pick your own unit all online. You can always call with questions and they are very helpful with the answers.

DO NOT LEAVE your card on file because they will randomly charge your card with out prior authorization. We have been using this facility for 3 years now and it’s not terrible. We have witness occasional flooding inside but they were prompt to fix it. They continue to increase the monthly payment every few months, but with that said overall the front office help, has been kind and it is a clean facility. Today , however they randomly charged our card without authorization. When we called, Michael answered and we asked Michael who gave authorization since this has not happened in the three years we have been using this storage facility. Michael responded with no answer or details, just stating it showed authorized. So again, DO NOT leave your card on file here because they will just randomly charge your card after 3 years or possibly whenever and say it was authorized and not be able to tell you who authorized it. Have a good day and I hope this feedback helps you to improve your business and help employees tell the person that rents the unit when their account was authorized to withdrawal payment, for the first time in three years. Thank you.
