Why offer pickup curbside if the customer has to wait over 20 mins to receive the items? Not to mention two weeks ago my dog got turned away because they couldn't do the cut I wanted. I will definitely call customer service to see about ending my Vital Care Premier.
Not to mention, I selected the "on my way" 20 mins before arriving.

I love everything the prices.The only thing I do not like is the Cologne.Smell that hits you in the face when you walk in. It's very overpowering. Other than that I definitely recommend this petco.

Long time grooming customer who will be taking her business elsewhere. We were turned away despite having an appointment due to the pet’s age and being matted. It is a groomer’s job to groom the pet; if I take him in for grooming it is because I trust they can fix the issue. I don’t expect to be turned away because it’s going to be a difficult groom. Not like they don’t charge a good amount for each groom plus tip; they can’t expect every groom to be quick and easy.

The older women in grooming is so rude and condescending.
I’ve never been talked down to like that and made to feel like such an inconvenience for coming in for a service.
I walked out and went straight to Petsmart where they kindly welcomed me and completed my service.
