I arrived at the school to drop off my child and was informed that they could not accept him due to licensing and regulatory issues. This recurring situation has caused significant disruptions to my work schedule. I am increasingly concerned that my child may be facing discrimination after a report was made. I have received multiple calls requesting early pickups, citing incidents of ‘biting,’. While a few months ago an incident happened and my other child was assaulted, resulting in a permanent scar on their forehead, it was not addressed or followed up appropriately.My trust in the center has been eroded, especially after yesterdays incident where my child’s diaper was overfilled, leading to leakage. As a result, I am currently collaborating with a team to ensure I receive a refund for the financial investment made in this facility, as it appears to lack organization, cleanliness, and proactive manage.* The director said my child could not come back after this review was posted. My Sons teacher posted a review after mines / confirming that this decision was very personal. Not to mention the weird stare down I had with the director upon my arrival this day.

My family loves PINELLAS PARK KINDERCARE!?Our son’s been at this center for almost 3 years now. We love and trust his care here so much that I began working here and love the teachers and families that have been so KIND to us. I love working at Pinellas Park Kindercare and my fellow teachers. This center is the best!It’s very clean and everyone’s super friendly, best support system in my village!

I love this daycare. My child's been going there since she's been about 1 1/2 or 2 she is now four and she is going to VPK and she loves it. She can't wait to come home and do her homework. She can't wait to go to school if I don't take her if she starts to cry. Its clean evotime I go in there to pick her up the staff and the kids are good

Our time so far with this place has been wonderful. Our daughter started when she was 6 months old and is now 13 months. Every time I drop her off she gets happy and excited and holds out her arms to be held by the staff. We get pictures every day about what she's doing and they feed her a really nice range of food. Everyone we've met there has been very kind and loves to say hi to our child. We are very lucky to have gotten her in!

Our little girl goes to school here, and we love it! They tailor things to her needs and are extremely responsive with parents. We could not recommend this place more!

I love the schools environment. . Most of the teachers are great ... they all truely love kids. . Only had 1 incident ... so i am happy with kindercare and so is my child

This is the best daycare facility, bar-none. My daughter is thriving in this environment. The teachers are phenomenal and the directors for the facility have been nothing short of outstanding. Keep up the great work guys!

My child went here she kept getting injured and the staff would never call me. Other parents would tell me that when they walk in the room kids are just running wild and there is no structure, teacher just sitting down. My mom said the same thing she went to pick them up on numerous occasions and it was complete chaos in the room... pulled my kids out put them in St Pete Christian best thing I've ever done. Beware of KinderCare.

Absolutely wonderful!!!! They have the patience of a monk. My son is struggling and they have worked with us. Everyone is so caring. I have zero complaints.

Just pulled my son out of this facility due to to the lack of compassion, empathy, and care for the children. They do not interact with students, they do not connect with the children, and top of all they will speak to your child in manners that you do not approve of; in condescending tones. My son complained for weeks of the treatment his “teachers” were giving him, I had to go to the school over an incedent, where my child was hit, and I walk in as the teacher is talking to my son with the said fashion. Completely unprofessional. When I brought it up immediately there they told me that’s how they have to talk to my son to get him to cooperate, I have contacted the last school my son was in and never had any of the issues that they were bringing to my attention. I would rate this place zero if I could. Not all the teachers there were bad but a couple bad seeds spoil the bunch.

04/19/2018If you want your child been mistreated, sending home everyday, go to this center but all the problems is not the staff if the office. The Director is a title to big for her. The assistant Director is a little bit better. But they need new management ASAP. 2 yrs ago I did a big mistake to transfer my grandson to that center. Why? I request help for him never got it, but everything was fine until almost a month ago. I was requesting them to contact the agencies correspondents because his ELC the excused I received are calling different agencies leave a voicemail and no one respond. Well I decided try myself I call project challenge left a voicemail got called back next day, even the school fill out all the form because they need it by Monday. She supposed faxed but she didn't. Second yesterday he start individual counseling that the insurance help me to find. Biggest liar well maybe she's used to it. They call me for the las 7 days every single day that I need to pick him up because he is dangerous, hitting teachers. Kids, everybody. Like a 4 yrs old is a criminal. No they doesn't know to handle a child. Oh, taking picture and sending to me I know my grandson is not an angel but I was looking for a help that company can't provide. They are only couples teacher that being helping me. MS.CATHY, MS.NIKI, MS, SUMMER BUT THE BEST ONE WAS MR. SEAN. HE IS THE BEST PERSON WITH A BIG HEART WHO REALLY CARES ABOUT THE KIDS. I was so mad and upset because they know my grandson birthday was today and Itold them yesterday that we are going to bring cupcakes. Goody bags, pizza, juice for the class and what he got nothing. Because she was pathetic and desenroll him after the hour being there. Everything I got for the kids are in a bag, cupcakes on the table, at least I cancel the pizza on time. But only she said I'm sorry. Sorry is not fixed what she did to my grandson today. But I want to make sure the same way she kick my grandson from the center, did the same thing with the other kid like was throwing a chair and if I dont catch it hit another child in the head. I'm the nice person in the world but you touch my family you are my hide personality. He goes to the school that they really care about the health,safety and the environment is very good. He are going to be great out off that

This daycare center is unprofessional and I wouldn't being my child there again they don't change the kids diapers and my child came home with a dirty face the center director is not like friendly like the last boss. When I came to pick up my child teacher be on there phone not watching the kids. Don't waste your time at this daycare center.

so far, the staff has been amazing. I love the new director and my 6 month old son's teachers in the infant room are so great with him. I have no worries when I leave him there all day. And, I noticed how much he is learning by going and socializing. I was worried to start him in child care but it has been nothing but a blessing. When my son smiles and laughs when I drop him off, I know it is a good place.

Absolute worse facility ever! The director Stephanie was the most unprofessional woman I knew. Who "expells" a 3 year old from daycare ?? When I first allowed my children to come to this facility, I advised the entire staff - my boys are charmers. You have to stand you ground with them. If you do not, they will run all over you. Granted my boys were 3 and 1, however a mother knows her children. Despite what I stated, no one listened. She gave me a week's notice to find another daycare facility - mind you I'm working in a dental office, my fiance has a fulltime job with the same company - & I STILL had to pay?! No thanks. I refused to pay the last payment as I used it for another childcare. I emailed the corporate office since they asked for a survey and never heard from anyone. Thank God I found a much better childcare facility thats inexpensive ! Cut my childcare costs in half. Most unprofessional management ever.
