Worst customer service EVER! Got to bank 20 minutes before closing to do a 5-minute wire transfer and was told no one could help me because they were all doing "closing procedures" Why would they be doing that before they were actually closed? Are you not supposed to help the customers while you are open and do your closing procedures when you are closed? Unbelievable how bad this branch treats it's customers. I was not surprised to log on here and see how many others have had the same experience. I have any appointment next Wednesday to consider a 300K investment with PNC which I am now reconsidering.

I unfortunately do not remember the name of the gentleman who helped me (he was approximately 50 years old) but he was very kind and helpful.
I had an account opened, check deposited, and an active debit card within 15 minutes. Great stuff

In all my years of dealing with PNC (and even National City back in the day) have I ever dealt with the lack of customer service as I have here in Florida.
Something as simple as notarized a form form that the USPS says it's okay to get notarized and I'm told PNC has stipulations on what can be notarized.
If I weren't heading back to the Midwest, I'd leave PNC!

THIS BANK SUCKS!! I drove across town to cash THEIR check, they charged me 2% ($80) to cash THEIR check. So dirty and borderline illegal, I will now bill their account holder $80. BEWARE.
The staff was excellent, and helpful, albeit unempowered to over come PNC's idiot policy makers.

Went in for two cashiers checks was charged an additional $10. I called customer service and was told there was a third withdrawal slip. I did not authorize or sign a third slip. Was on hold about 20 minutes while customer service attempted to reach someone in the branch because they did not have the ability to refund me. No one could be reached.

Just ran to PNC bank to make a deposit and had the worst experience. There was one person working and the girl’s customer service skills were very lacking. The line is very long as she was the only one working the desk. I witnessed her tell an older gentleman that you just wasted your time. You need to start using the ATM machine when he was trying to make a withdraw from his bank account. I understand that in today’s world, everybody wants things done yesterday, but have compassion for other people. That interaction may have been the gentleman’s only human interaction for the day and he had to have a bad experience. He The entire time I waited in line, she complained to every customer about her partner being on lunch. But two days ago, I was in line and had a massive line behind me and the same girl pulled “well I’m going to lunch” and left.

I have gone to this branch 3 times and had terrible service. The last, and final time that I will go, I waited in the drive through for 15 mins. Finally I had to go inside to get my license and debit card back since no one would answer me. I was told "we are doing our best, it is the first of the month!" Lesson learned...don't do ANY banking at this location on the 1st of each month. They can't plan ahead to prepare for it.

My mother made appointment, Doug had us taken care of and out of there in a timely manner. There hasn't been a time that this branch has made me wait or couldn't taken care of myself and family.
