I worked with Andrea and she was so helpful and accommodating. My warranty through Dreammaker Spas had just ended, but Prestige honored it and gave me an excellent replacement price for my waterlogged panel. Really a pleasure to work with.

I think the problem most people have with their covers are because that have them fully outside in the sun. Get a cover cover, or an umbrella and they hold up fine. The sun just destroys everything.
