Price is completely gone up by more than 40 percent.
No one is ever at the office The door on the backbelling has been broken for 4 months approximately no one ever fixes it.
Calling the customer service line for public storage for corporate their no help and completely unprofessional.

The employee on site the day I secured my unit was very patient and understanding. I actually went to another location down the road that didn’t have what I was looking for. When I arrived at this location I was surprised to see him there too. He was actually running two locations at the time and was helping an elder lady who needed a lot of needs. Great team player!! I will say I wish the facility offered more Dollie’s or flat carts for moving. It was VERY exhausting moving things to the very back without one. But overall services was great.

I had a great rental experience at Public Storage thanks to Kalab! He was friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. He took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me find the right unit for my needs. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend this location—ask for Kalab!

Was quite happy but I’ve been in their facility less than 4 months and already my rent just increased a whopping 40% and not from an introductory rate, just a fat increase. As a matter of fact, I avoided introductory rate deals when I was shopping storage facilities to avoid this very scenario!
Here’s where they get you: section 2.2 of the agreement states “We may change your Monthly Rent, fees and charges, and any other terms of the Rental Agreement with 30 days’ notice to you”. Wow, 40%, I guess you really got me. I’ll have my things out of there asap, thank you.
Feels A LOT like a bait and switch.

Very poorly managed. I called for 2 full days leaving messages and having to go through customer service to open a claim because no one answers the phone or works on site. It's a ghost town most of the week. Very frustrating when you do talk to the manager on sire because she's got terrible communication skills. Overall the worst storage facility I've been too. Rat dropping inside broken glass all over the parking lot definitely stay away if you can.

The most poorly managed storage facility I’ve ever experienced there is literally never anyone in the office so if you want to feel like your valuables are protected, don’t come here if there’s a fire, no one would know for hours I’m contacting public storage corporate to tell them the same thing. It is unsafe and extremely unprofessional how they run this facility.

Do NOT use this storage location. The property manager, Jessica, is extremely unprofessional and never does her job correctly, if at all… you’ll never be able to contact anyone because no matter if they are in the office or not, the doors are locked and the phones get forwarded. It’s supposed to be climate controlled (AC) but it’s NOT. You can’t even walk in the unit without dying of heat with no air flow.. my stuff was melted and ruined after no AC for weeks in the unit. I complained and pleaded and Jessica does not care to solve problems or take situations into consideration… instead, I’m getting charged $150 extra than I ever planned on. I was trying to get my stuff out but due to the heat I couldn’t, now I had to leave my stuff in there for another month (unplanned) and couldn’t afford, and now that the AC is finally somewhat fixed (or so they say), they are putting a new lock on my unit and charging $50 extra. Literally the worst customer service ever and units. Try a different location FOR SURE.
