About Publix Pharmacy at Pinellas Crossings
Based on reviews, Publix Pharmacy at Pinellas Crossings has a staff of knowledgeable, compassionate pharmacists who are awesome and very helpful. Customers have never had a problem at this location. The pharmacist and staff were very pleasant and had smiles on their faces when giving flu and Covid shots. However, recently they have been not calling about prescriptions being ready until well after when they were needed, including a call about a prescription being ready two weeks after the fact. Despite this, the result of any issue is easily and quickly resolved, and they are great here.

super condescending pharmacy. I've used many Publix pharmacies in the past twenty years and I'm never using them again. I recommend literally anywhere else for your pharmaceutical needs.

The absolute worst experience in the last 6 months. Have used them for at least 10 plus years and no more. They are often rude and unhelpful. Seems any question you ask is met with an attitude like you are a burden to them. Each person you speak to gives different excuses and information including their supposed managers.

I have never had a problem from this location, and I have been going here for years. Always very helpful 😃😃 2025 I was here recently, I had an issue with my prescription. The result is easily and quickly. They are great here.
