I worked at store 1394 1700 34th street north. Andrew was the store manager in Becca was the assistant store manager. I was expired because I filed FLMA papers. Three weeks later when I return from a leave of absence. PUBLIX, try to use something that didn’t even happen at PUBLIX. Any, he tried using that as a retaliation to me falling for FLMA. My stuff that PUBLIX was trying to use was cleared. And dropped. My wife was going through issues because she had a bad drinking problem for years. I was simply trying to get her help. And even though I was terminated. I had put my wife in a rehab. That she went through. My wife had a resign composites because it was a hostile work environment. In that store had been reported as a hostile working environment when I was there. 1394 has had a lot of issues in the store. But now the thing is is that I’ve emailed Kevin Murphy to CEO for PUBLIX. And he doesn’t wanna take care of this problem or investigate it at least. Because I was cleared and I was doing the right thing as to get my wife help because she needed help at the time. And I should’ve never been fired for that reason because this is clearly a retaliation because I filed for FLMA. I’ve had problems with my foot for the past three years at least. Everyone at PUBLIX knew I was in a lot of pain. I have been seeing a doctor trying to get myself out of pain so I can work. I was prescribed medication that I had withdrawals off of. I need a surgery to be done. Because PUBLIX knew I was gonna need at least another six weeks off of work for surgery. I’ve sat here and gave them all of my medical papers. Roberto my Meat manager. Took pictures on his personal cell phone device of my medical records. Which is also illegal because that’s a HIPAA violation. But I have records showing that I was having an issue with my foot. I never had any problems or was written up from PUBLIX. My pay scale was classified as a role model associate. And just like that, PUBLIX didn’t want to work with me because of my foot pain they fired me. This was not right, and I will continue to keep making post until PUBLIX decides to fix this problem. I have not had a job since I was terminated. I’m waiting for Social Security disability.. I haven’t been able to get the surgery because I lost the insurance once I was terminated. And it also caused me to have to change doctors now.
Associates that PUBLIX needs to fire is. Andrew, Becca, Theresa” Deli manager” Kelly Miller” HR” And Mike and Dennis “HR investigators” PUBLIX could bring me back to work. Because I was wrongly terminated. But I’m sure PUBLIX doesn’t wanna bring me back because of all the emails I’ve sent and posted it. But somehow, I need to get PUBLIX’s attention. If they thought I was just going to take a termination and walk away, they were way wrong and I Warned them. All of my stuff is documented claiming I was discriminated and wrongfully terminated. And I also complaint about PUBLIX 1394 being a hostile work environment. And our managers like to bully the associates. I’ve had other complaints about bullying even after my termination. But PUBLIX does not want to do anything about it. So hopefully. Kevin Murphy will decide to get involved. And investigate this case because I have not heard anything from Kevin Murphy yet. Thank you for your time. And I will appreciate anybody that is willing to help.

Nice and clean a little heavy on security, kinda felt watched, uncomfortable. With that saidI know in this day in time,it's needed. Prices could definitely come down, and have more REAL organic options.

Best customer service. Actually the employees were so nice to me in the last 3 years. The staff would even say "hi john" when i walked in the store. I now work part-time there. Retired don't need a job but, Rachel (mgmt) and many others have made me feel like I'd rather be there than fishing.
