I shop solely at Publix. I go to 3 or 4 different but frequent this one because I live so close. My experience here has always been positive and enjoyable. Everyone is helpful and friendly and courteous

The employees at the deli were so nice. I ordered small amounts of a lot of different lunchmeats because I was making italian subs. Everything was perfect.

We always shop at this Publix. In the last week we’ve complained on the bagging of the cashier and a bagger. The first time I called and complained that the bagger put 2 jars of sauce, a head of lettuce and a can on top of my tomatoes. The manager I spoke to didn’t seem too concerned. Said he would talk to the bagger. Today my husband was there and the cashier started putting 2 cans, a can of Prime drink and 2 small boxes on top of his bananas. When he asked her not to put anything on his bananas she got an attitude. My husband went to customer service to complain and they didn’t seem that concerned either. Said they’d talk to the cashier. Not sure if it’s the management at this location but we definitely get better customer service at the Bardmoor location.
