    #1 It's unacceptable that people have to go online ONLY. The elderly are not all tech savvy.
    #2 I am assisting an elderly man in returning his DECEASED wife's Oxygen equipment with all the information you need via email. No reply, not even a response of acknowledgement.

    6891. Furniture pickup loading dock very difficult for semi sleeper cab
    Not easy very very tuff.
    Daycab easy not a problem

    Something happened to the Quality at Quality Biomedical.Sent 3 B.Braun IV pumps to them 10/1/2020 and still haven't received them back as of 11/25/2020. Made several phone calls, no one seems to care. I asked for the pumps to be shipped back as is.
