I went back today and after advising the shift manager late last week I was accidentally double charged. I of course had the charges to show, and the shift manager remembered me and make this more then just right, she went above and beyond for the inconvenience. These guys are great at this store.

Went into the store asked for tobacco products and was told that they couldn't sale me the product because they thought my items were for someone else but I honestly think it's a racial issue because the guy that she was denying also was African American

I never thought I would be leaving a review for a gas station, but here I am! The people who work here are always so friendly and nice. The store is clean, the prices are reasonable, and it's very well lit inside and out. One of my favorite places to grab gas or to grab a beverage/snack.

After Hurricane Milton, we went there looking for gas. They didn't have any yet, but we were taking a gamble staying there waiting, hoping the gas truck would come. I was in the store waiting for close to 2 hours. During this time, the store was running on a generator so I knew we were on a tight timeframe. As I stayed in the store, I couldn't help but notice how friendly and outgoing the Manager Paula and the other 2 female employees were. Paula was dealing with a small leak in the ceiling, running on a generator, cash only, lines of cars in her gas area with no gas to pump, and extremely stressed customers looking for gas and ice. Paula handled it all soo calmly and with a smile. As time passed, another leak started, and this one was bigger than the other one. An employee immediately rushed over and started to take action cleaning it up and ensuring no customers were in harms way. And then within minutes of that second leak, the power went off. The generator had finally run out of gas. Paula apologized to everyone in the store and had everyone leave the store, ensuring their safety. She never seemed stressed at all the obsticles she was presented with on this one night. This is just ONE example of the character of Paula. Me or my husband are in that store every day and each and every time we see Paula she is working hard and being so friendly to everyone who comes in there. She is a a true asset to Racetrac.

The worst place to go to. Very poor customer service. They don't help those in need, like they say on their website. Jason and the store manager are horrible called the corporate office to tell them which was actually Matt that that store will never have my business again or anymore. Stay away from there if you choose. But I'm just putting my voice out there so you all know. Paula, at least, was kind to answer the phone.

I usually stop in to get slurpees for my family along with a few snacks, they never disappoint because they are always fresh. Some machines don't work at other places, so I prefer here because they are usually always frozen and have plenty of selections. The Staff is kind and usually have a smile on their faces, very welcoming and I enjoy coming in to say hello!!!

Friendly people always work here. I appreciate that so much. This location is also very clean inside and out! Pizza looked good inside. I should have grabbed a sliced!
