“I rented a home from Bianchi Realty a few months back and found through the neighbors the home was flooded and remodeled last year. The home had a strong smell of mildew coming from the ac vents!! The dryer and dishwasher did not work because they were damaged during the flood. My property manager Justin Farmer went above and beyond to get these problems resolved. He had a mold company come out to do an air quality test, they replaced the HVAC system, fixed the dryer and replaced the old dishwasher with a brand new one! I do not believe Bianchi Realty was aware the home was flooded. Thank you Justin Farmer for all your help making my rental home safe and stress free. This was all handled professionally and in a timely manner. Much appreciated!”
