Came in last week for my first pair of boots. I left with an even better experience than I thought I would. Shoutout to Fred for truly making this process easy and fun. He was very patient, kind and knowledgeable about the products. Outstanding customer service! I also love the high tech 3D foot scanning and thought that was something cool and different!

I walked in planning to just shop for a couple of work boots to compare vs other brands before making a final decision in the afternoon. Rachel was attentive and ready to help with my decision making process. Trying the first pair of Irish Setter boots on I could barely tell the difference between carpet and concrete because the boots felt like I was standing on well cushioned carpet. After some sizing discrepancies from what I am used to to what worked best I was offered some insoles that made the fit impeccable. Rachel was right about everything she offered, even the socks, they are nice, comfy, purportedly built to last years and made right here in the good ole USA. I would highly recommend anyone who works on their feet to stop by to see if a little extra money is worth your comfort and spine.
