They eliminated tellers which means you'll be behind many with more serious issues than a deposit or withdrawal because you now have to go into a cubicle. The latest debacle is that I went to get money from the ATM to pay for a car repair in the a.m. and one ATM was "Out of Order" and the other "Had no money"!!!

I've been banking with Regions for a while and just opened up a Business account with them. My go-to person is Laura! She is always eager to help and answer any questions. She's the best! She also speaks spanish for those who need spanish speaking.

This is the most difficult and unprofessional bank I’ve ever dealt with. If you want to open an account, go elsewhere. I was stuck in Orlando with 9 Girl Scouts and a frozen card and no one could help via phone. Literally begging them, giving them every piece of info imaginable. Nothing. No one can help. Then after all that I get a new card in the mail, guess what forget activating that unless you are prepared to give DNA or a blood sample. I’m over it. Also, who doesn’t have a drive through teller anymore. This is the most ridiculous nonsense I’ve ever dealt with. Bye Regions.

Went to deposit money today through the drive tru ATM and ATM took my money when I inserted to deposit and is didn’t deposited into my account. I do not know where my money wet!!! Called and they closed today because is a Holiday. Hopefully tomorrow I will get that solved

This bank is failing hand having issues I had it for over a year getting my paycheck at a regular time every month. All of a sudden they start holding my check for 2 weeks had to go to the manager to release it. My corporation cleared the payment it was just regions that need to hold my month to float themselves. After other customers I spoke to had the same problem they tried to blame it on my corp so I got my records from hr showing it was clear. They had nothing to say just release it.

Just open an account with them the other day at another branch. Service was great there and very polite . Went into this branch today to cash a check. Walked up the the lady in the last row to cash it and got questioned if the signature on the check was my bosses with a nasty look and body language like I forged it. Then just got attitude after that. Thank you for the warm welcome to your bank Rachel.

Went today and there are no drive thru tellers and no tellers inside. Not a good way to do business. Was told I'd have to take a seat & someone would be with me soon. So you want me to wait for someone to finish a loan or something else that takes a lot of time? And there were 15 people already standing around waiting. Found another Regions & will be going to that one from now on. I hope this is not a model for other Regions Banks

Always a challenge, drive through couldn't be anymore limited, Regions Corp needs to spend some money on this location, inside banking unavailable at 4:40 on a Tuesday
