Staff are super kind and welcoming, and definitely know their stuff!
Shout out to Alexia especially. I’m not one to take hair advice from folks who don’t have the same texture, because you REALLY have to know what you’re talking about. However, Alexia gave me advice on a process I couldn’t even find on the internet. The results were way beyond my expectations because of that.
Would recommend this place to anyone. I’ll be coming back for sure. Thanks y’all!

Ann was delightful. She really helped my boyfriend and I pick out hair colors and Caitlyn who is a new associate was so sweet and communicative. Highly recommend this location for all your hair needs.

I'm so happy about the quality of service that I have received from ALEXIA the store assistant Manager. She is absolutely incredible at taking care of sales and customer service. I would definitely recommend this location. Please ask for ALEXIA.

I got there at about 6:20PM and was greeted by Zoey and another sweet worker (unfortunately can’t remember her name), they both interacted and helped me figure out what to do with my hair. I appreciate their help, they are such great employees, hopefully they’re there next time I go🫶🏼-Aramis

I was at this location for the first time and I was highly impressed with Franny! She was so nice and knowledgeable! She was able to pick out the correct color and highlights for my skin tone. It was the best service I’ve had in any beauty supply store in a long time. Shout out to Franny!! Definitely an amazing employee with tons of knowledge!!!!

My sister and myself went in last weekend and Franny greeted us and asked if we needed help finding a certain product? Franny was very sweet and helpful finding the products we were looking for. Definitely will go back again!

Super nice experience here! Was greeted when I came in even though the workers were with other customers. Once Ann was free she came by to check on me — I wasn’t sure which bleach I should get because I wanted to try something new and she was SUPER knowledgeable and happy to help with the questions I had about switching to crème from previously only using powder. Definitely helped me figure out what I should get much faster! Victoria checked me out and she was super friendly — she asked to make sure I had everything I need to protect my hair (developer, hair mask, etc). Overall very positive experience, hugely contrasting other beauty stores I’ve been in before. Thank you for being so helpful, informed, and friendly! ☺️?

When I walked in Ann greeted me. Help me find what I was looking for. She listened why my day was starting so well. Lost my beloved fur baby and she asked to give me a hug, which I thought was so sweet. With that said excellent customer service and friendly welcome! Thanks Ann for that.

I always go to this store looking for my dyes and other things that I need for my hair, the problem here is not the product, it is the customer service, they have staff first starting out who do not know how to recommend any color and the other young people who They serve the cash registers, I got one and I asked them a favor to give me the $5 dollar discount I had! When I left, upon reviewing my bill I could see that she had not deducted the money, I returned and her reaction was not the best! IIt seems like she doesn't like her job, she shouldn't be there! And the other thing, I went to buy my color that I always use, and a woman who "I think" was a color supplier approached me and recommended a color that she said looked good on me, and the result was a disaster! So ?
