My doctor says I absolutely positively must lose weight! So I went to Sam's Club and bought about $75 worth of fish. I got scallops pound and a half for $30, I got blackened salmon skinless and boneless on sale for $15, I got raw deveined and tail off shrimp $18, I got 3 pounds of Swai fillets on sale for $12. I have never heard of Swai before but the price was right so I thought I'd try them.I also got apples mushrooms and broccoli fillets for my veggies and fruit. I also bought six top sirloin steaks for $22, and chocolate covered raisins because I have to have at least one treat $13.

Most Sam's Club are efficiently run. Unfortunately this is not one of those Sam's Club's. This club is completely lacking in customer service. All indications are a need for new store management. Just try to call the store - the phone rings and rings then automatically disconnects. This is not how a business is run Most certainly- when BJ's or Costco moves closer there will be a tsunami of customers leaving as quickly as possible Update/ On 8/5/22 was in the Club. Nothing has changed - employees are untrained and management wanders around aimlessly or clusters in groups socializing. The customer service desk is an embarrassment Trying to return a item took over 20 min in line only to them be told the ONE attendant didn't have clearance for register. Now my self and another customer we're told to get into another line (unstaffed) and that they were calling for another attendant. Over 10 min later no one ever came however 4-5 employees were all standing together in what appeared to be a "what did you do last night" bs get together. Finally an assistant manager walker over from the group and proclaimed the employee who called for assistance didn't use the "walkie-talkie properly. After 40+ min a simple one item return was accomplished on the 2nd try by the attendant. Prior to leaving asked to speak to store manager Joshua Prince who was (of course) unavailable. Provided my phone contact and was assured of a callback that NEVER OCCURRED. Attempted to call the listed number - no one answers, 50+ rings till disconnects. (Same issue as noted 7 mts ago). Why list the manager name/phone on receipt when neither respond and/or work. Joshua Prince simply isn't doing his job and it flows downhill. It's no the employees fault, it's clearly insufficient training and dysfunctional management. When will home office visit this store and make the needed changes - starting with the store manager Update 8/31/22 Let another message for store manager Joshua Prince and although callback promised- no call. Just amazing that a obvious failure like Joshua Prince is still employed. His name and phone number on every receipt - for what purpose? Mr ignorant doesn't call customers back

SPCA outside of sams club. Trying to make us sign up for a monthly payment on credit card. I don't think sam's club should allow harassment of customers. They yelled out to my mother being 79 years old for help for animals then after she donated. They asked for her credit card to sign up for a monthly payment plan. We don't need to be bothered by pan handler's out a store.

Great customer service but they were out of alot of items. I know not their fault. But I have to mention it. Their fruit tray was frost bitten which was disappointing for my event. Cookie tray quality wasn't up to par as well. Cookies were salty! So I don't recommend getting party trays from here. As with everything else prices also seemed to have risen. I found myself wondering is it worth having a Sam's membership in today's world.

I want to compliment the pharmacy. Years ago Eckerd Drug Store Company set the gold standard of excellence in pharmacy care. The Pinellas Park Sam's Club pharmacy has broken and far exceeded that standard. The staff is well trained, helpful and friendly. The main pharmacist Teresa (I don't know her last name) has saved me from medicine conflicts more than once. I hope all Sam's Club pharmacy locations are operating at the highest professional level as the Pinellas Park team!!!

The Pinellas Park location sucks! I called multiple times trying to reach the automotive tire department and instead of placing me on hold, they preferred to hang up on me. I did this 7 times!! Called the St Petersburg location and nothing but kindness I was even asked to hold and not hung up on. That location will be my go-to.

the WORST pharmacy I have ever tried to work with. Trying to get my medication with a discount that clearly states how it works and the pharmacy refuses to apply it. They wont help with trying to make a call to see if they are entering it incorrectly. They simply say no we put it in our computer and it says no so too bad even though i have the proof in writing. Worst customer service ever. Unprofessional and unhelpful.

We purchased 4 tires for our 2015 Nissan Frontier. When picking up vehicle we were informed the technician damaged the rear passenger wheel and we should have it fixed and Sams Club would reimburse us. We took the truck to Nissan and we’re advised the damage was more significant a d would cost $2300.00 to repair. Returning to Sams Club in shock to be told by store manager Kyle, he could not authorize that much money, an insurance claim needed to be filed. So having done that and having been assigned a claim number and adjuster, we wait, and wait. It has been 2 weeks not being able to drive the vehicle. Sams Club did the damage, we just want it fixed! A company as big as Sams Club and we are left inconvenienced, unable to use the vehicle and shocked at the cost of this damage.
