Didnât even scan my membership. When I left didnât even scan my receipt on things I purchased on over 100 worth of items. They did not used to be like this. Everyone was nice but wanted to say ⌠what happened. Didnât scan my membership on the way in or my receipt on the way out I was like huh ⌠my people used to work for this location so i was shocked đłI was like ok.

Brought my pup with me who currently has a sprain in his neck. Tuesday March 4th 2:00pm Greeter woman at the door asked me if I threw him. Wtf kinda question is that? This was my first and last time at Samâs Club. Costco for life. đ

I went to sam's club to order a pizza to go have lunch with my grandson at school. I got there at 11:30 and his lunch was at 12:00. The guy said 7 to 15 minutes. So I said, well, I better just go ahead and place the order. I sat down on the front table, looking right at the counter. At 11:55 I asked what happened to my pizza? What appeared to be the cafe manager told me the girl called out my number and put the pizza in the warmer. Now granted, i'm sitting here the whole time on the first table, and i'm watching the cafe manager running in and out of the cafe, i believe she was restocking the soda machine. I told her, I said, I've been setting right here the whole time on the very first table, she didn't call out my number. She told me, yes she did over and over. It's bad enough that they dropped the ball and I didn't make it in time to have lunch with my grandson, but to sit there and lie to my face about it too. Too bad, sam's doesn't seem to care how they're staffed talks to their customers.

I love Sam's club great buys what I don't like at all is I used to be able to shop at 7 am before work an now because they open so late I don't get there nearly as much as I used to

Cheapest gas in Clearwater. I like Costco Hot Dog combo better the hot dog at Costco has a big soft bun the Sam's club hot dog is smaller and doesn't taste as good. Costco doesn't want non members using their snack bar they scan your membership with a handheld scanner as you enter the store

I have never had such a bad experience. Samâs Club member for 15+ years and I will not be renewing as the pharmacist decided to not provide me with my daily medication even though my doctor sent my prescription to them and called to confirm that it was correct and needed to be filled. I quote the pharmacist, âYou need to visit Samâs Club more often for us to fill that for you.â Sir that is not how this works. I pay for the membership, I shop there regularly. This was my first and last experience using the Samâs Club pharmacy on Park. Horrible customer service.

It used to be, when employees walked by you, they would greet you. Nowadays, nothing. Today I got a look like I looked at him wrong. Nobody is friendly anymore. Sucks.

Every time I use my debit card at this particular club, my card is hacked. Right now I'm showing 1 charge for 210. At a Walmart in MO and 4 pending charges for the same Walmart as well as a pending amazon charge. What the heck is with this store?
