Best insurance agency in Pinellas Park. Office staff is always a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend. They helped walk me through my auto insurance and when I had a crash a month ago State Farm paid out immediately. Don't go anywhere else.

I have had Sara Miller State Farm Ins. For over 40 yrs. Have never had the slightest problem fast efficient and professional. She always finds time to personally call me back when I request her employees to ask her. Very happy. Have sent many friends to her office

DO yourself a favor and go with someone other than Sara Miller's office. Geico is much lower cost, same coverage, and you will get much better customer service. Our family has been with this location for well over 20 years and we can't get a call back or get in touch with someone and have been reaching out for a week. Sara Miller is nowhere to be scene and will NOT take care of any issues you may have. Zero loyalty here with state farm!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Kaitlyn who was VERY kind & VERY helpful! She was extremly patient with me & took the time to explain everything. I had absolutely no idea what i was doing. She was able to get me set up with a new policy under 20 minutes with detailed explanations! Such a great experience! I'm beyond happy! Thank you so much!

I've been working with Tiffany at this office. I'm always calling with a thousand questions & she is so patient and knowledgeable. She was out of the office & even her colleagues were helpful and nice. The whole staff is A+ customer service. I recommend them to all my friends & family. You guys deserve 10 stars ?

I was in the market for new insurance specifically to lower my rates. I submitted a request for a quote online and very quickly afterwards I was contacted by Tiffany. She gathered some information and within minutes I received a quote. During the process I had additional inquiries which were answered immediately. I was slow to respond to emails but Tiffany remained patient and very understanding. I never felt pressured, I only felt valued. Ultimately I ended up getting insurance through Tiffany, not only because the rates were much lower, but also because I received superior customer service.

Extremely happy with experience at State Farm. I worked with agent, Kaitlyn Roman. She was persistent, but never bothersome, and extremely detailed with my questions. She was patient, energetic, and overall a pleasure to work with! I will absolutely recommend people. I worked with Progressive since 2009, but this policy was identical and almost half the price. I am so appreciative of Kaitlyn's assistance!

In my search for auto insurance I called at least 6-8 companies and Kaitlyn with State Farm was by far the most pleasant and informative person that I spoke with. You could feel her joyful mindset through her voice. After speaking with Kaitlyn for a few moments I knew I was with the right company :) I felt she was a straight-shooter with the info she was giving and her confidence was apparent from the get go.
