The staff is always so friendly & accommodating. They really make the shopping experience enjoyable.

This store along with about every other shoe store sucks! I am so tired of feeling like shit about myself because companies can't even bother to have the same selections everyone else has to people with wide feet. Instead I was limited to a row of shoes offering wides that were not impressive at all. Thank you very much for your faulty views on how everyone has been built.

Holy shoes! I had no idea they offered so many types of shoes. I thought it was just sneakers!! I went in for work sneakers and spent a good hour plus in there trying on different sneakers. I walked away with 2 different pairs

Bre at the Pinellas Park, FL store (#1005 store) is PHENOMENAL! She was so patient, efficient, friendly, helpful, and so knowledgeable! She is such an incredible asset to this store and I found her manager and told her how wonderful Bre is also!! Please ask for Bre when you go to this store and you will be grateful you did— trust me!!

Had an issue with a pair of sneakers purchased passed Sunday. Wore them 4 hours at work on Monday. Extremely uncomfortable. Went into the outlet Tuesday. And Gage went above and beyond to assist and help find a better fitting shoe to meet my needs. Thank you Gage.
