Samuel Bennett represented me in a custody hearing and he did an amazing job! It was a long drawn out process (because of the other party) but he was very accessible the whole time and would meet with me within 48 hours almost every time. He is very knowledgeable of the law and takes his time to go through and organize every piece of evidence, and I had a lot. He is kind and will take time to listen and explain any questions you may have. I highly recommend SPB Law PA!

I don't understand ANY of the poor reviews on this man. He saved my family! You need to understand, if you did something to lose your kid? There's not much any lawyer can do UNLESS you are innocent. Lawyers are to council you to make sure you don't dig yourself in a hole. CPS was called on my wife. She was a foster child and they had been profiling her for life. We were not in the wrong and CPS was harassing us and threatening to take our kid even with compliance.
If CPS comes? GET A LAWYER THAT INSTANT! The longer you wait, the less a lawyer can help you. All of the negative reviews are baffling to me. This man answered and still answers at any house of the day or night (due to my wife's paranoia and PTSD caused by CPS), answers and and all questions etc. MY BIGGEST ADVICE TO ANYONE IS IF CPS KNOCKS AT YOUR DOOR? CALL THIS MAN IMMEDIATELY!!!! he was able to find out that CPS had no evidence and were just digging to find something and he saved us! I've learned from my wife, when it comes to CPS? You call a lawyer IMMEDIATELY. The longer you wait? The less any lawyer can help you. I'm SO sorry for anyone who has had a bad experience with CPS... They're almost impossible to win against if you have made even the smallest mistake.... But this lawyer genuinely does care and he definitely saved us.
We have him saved on speed dial and everyone who we have given his info to? Was saved by him as well....

I should have fired him when he showed up unprepared and in a Halloween costume (half black half white suit) to my domestic violence injunction. I should have walked out when he nodded off during my zoom mediation where I got to see his superhero underwear match his superhero tie and he missed key points in our final draft that I had to ask for corrections on. He let me know then and multiple times he just preps the day or night before cases so they are “fresh”… definitely not enough time to gather evidence or come up with a strategy or prep his clients.
I should have known he was in over his head when he had me draft my own motions, or when he showed up 45 minutes late and unprepared to our last court hearing because he didn’t check which courthouse it was at and I had to remind him. He was asked why we were there by the judge multiple times and couldn’t explain why- so his last minute preparation must not have been fresh enough.
I picked up my file last night from his assistant, Karla who let me know that she’s had a few meetings with him about this repetitive behavior with clients and that she also has concerns about his communication, dress, and lack of preparation. Sam often says “there is no winning in divorce” and if you hire Sam, I’d say that’s a guarantee!

I was looking for an attorney that would actually go to court for me and all those other things he should have done over an entire year that he did not do. Then all of a sudden I get a text because he never called me I don't think he was ever intending to help me he just saw the $500 I was waving in his face in hopes I might get my son back but Samuel P Bennett did nothing but take my money and run my debit card every month on the 1st for $200 so I gave him a total of $1900 in which he doesn't want to return. But hiring this dush bag was the worst thing I could have ever done. My situation got worse since hiring Mr. Bennett. I'm hurt and saddened by this situation. All I want was to be reunited with my son and this so called attorney made it worse not better but he got paid and I got nothing. He's a liar and not trustworthy. Do not hire this man.

Def. Call this guy if cps shows up!!!!! He is amazing. Truly cares. And cps is afraid of this guy!He's not the price of a typical 10 thousand dollar lawyer, and he will answer you at any hour!

I have had a family court case dragged out way longer than necessary...almost 4 years now. Opposing party has not only made false allegations against me, they also attempted to have my rights as a mother taken away in result causing this case to be very complicated. I am very pleased with Sam, Not only does Sam answer after hours, he will file motions, schedule hearings and make things happen! It’s nice to finally find an attorney who genuinely not only cares about my child but also advocates for my child. He is extremely reasonable, educated, & very quick at what he does. I am thankful for all you do Sam, all the long hours you have put in my case in such a short period of time. I look forward to getting this case resolved and closed. It has been a pleasure doing business with you! I highly recommend Sam!
