Uly was so helpful from beginning to end. We had to switch lines, get an existing phone number from t-mobile, drop and add services, etc. Uly made the process so smooth. He was patient with my mother who tends to ask a lot of question as well. 5 stars solely bc of Uly.

Customer service terrible ... not very polite or helpful ... 30 minute wait just to return equipment ... ridiculous. Two years later and I came back even set an appointment to return equipment and they said the machine was broken and I’d have to wait in line. What’s the point of setting an appointment this place is the worst.

I stopped in close to closing time and had such a pleasant experience- Jason Santiago helped me set up my new spectrum box and even got me on a better plan with more offerings at a lower monthly price. Would highly recommend this location!

I waited 40 minutes for some guy to tell the young lady who was helping me to stop helping me. He was listening in on our conversation while helping someone else. Anyway, he told me that even though I paid them $800 for the phone they had no responsibility to help me use the applications on it, even the docs application. I couldn't attach my documents to Gmail and he wouldn't let anyone there help me.

I really try to give Spectrum the benefit of the doubt but WOW they are truly terrible. I received a coax cable that was too short so I tried to call the store. This wasn’t possible (no number listed online for the store) so I spoke with general customer service and they said I could go to any store to get a longer cable. Cool, so I went to the store. Once I got there, the gentleman told me they don’t have the longer cables and the person on the phone wouldn’t know that because they don’t work at the store. He told me to go to Home Depot to get the new cable out of my own pocket. Honestly don’t use Spectrum if you can avoid it.

Busy. I’ve returned equipment boxes twice and none of them were noted on my account. When I called Spectrum for an issue, the agent stated there were no notations on my account about any returned equipment. Yes, I did give my name and account information at the store.

WORST INTERNET PROVIDER I’VE EVER DEALT WITH
I left Spectrum on October 8th, returned EVERY piece of equipment I had, and thought I was finally done with their terrible service. Fast forward to today—I check my account and find out they took $270 out WITHOUT my authorization, pushing my account into the negative.
When I called, they had the nerve to tell me I “still have other equipment.” Absolutely not. On October 8th, at the Spectrum store in Pinellas Park, FL, I explicitly told them I had nothing else. Not only did I live in my apartment for 3 years, but Spectrum techs came out multiple times and they themselves swapped equipment and took old boxes with them.
Now suddenly they want to “investigate” — but somehow they had ZERO hesitation taking my money instantly. Funny how the investigation only starts after they hit your bank account. And their answer? “We can’t give it back.”
Spectrum is hands down the WORST provider in existence. Shaky service, constant outages, clueless customer support, and now apparently they just help themselves to people’s bank accounts.
Do yourself a favor: RUN from this company. They don’t deserve a single customer. Everyone should throw away their business ASAP.

Terrible service, I’d give a zero I could. Internet and cable are both terrible. Equipment is outdated and YEARS behind what’s available from Charter/Spectrum in other areas of the country. If they didn’t have a monopoly in my area there is no way I’d be a customer!!
