The complex is small and was quiet so that was a plus, pool PLUS, laundry mat PLUS and the area is perfect park is walking distance location is great very convenient and nicely made 1 bedroom apartment

Quiet, well-kept condo properties with friendly residents. Convenient to Park Blvd., Bryan Dairy Rd, and Hwy 19 shopping. Reasonable HOA fees and oversight. Provides water, cable internet and TV, trash pickup, and grounds maintenance. Beautiful clubhouse and pool.

I love to share my experience with this apartment Springwood Villa I just moved out the end of August my unit had mold the bottom of the kitchen cabinet under the sink was dry rotted bedroom closet mold in the hallway closet had mold the ants ? rodents inside the unit rodents outside on the fence. The bathroom always the smell to it. Mold around the washer hook up when the water comes in and out. Mold inside the AC duck. i had want recommend anyone living in there Slow about repaired everything when it rains it floods outside on the sidewalk area badly the back is well the backyard area you

The place is infested w/bed bugs! After I paid my deposit and was days from moving in, I found this out! I have the invoices for all treatments before I moved in, so I trusted them! Little did I know this infestation was going on for like a whole yr before I moved in! The whole bldg needed tented and they refused! I have had to invest in a battery operated sprayer, profesional high grade pesticide and have to continually spray! I have scars on my stomach from infected bed bug bites! Thank God I found a decent place to live! And if any of these bugs go w/me, I will sue for more than I already am! They don't even notifiy you if they have to shut the water off! Been off since 2:45 today, called, was told there was an emergency leak, but no one here working on it! Was told I would have water back today! 5:35 and still no water! And of course, leasing office closed! Stay away if you want a nice place to live!

They change the HOA for this community that no longer allows for immediate family to stay here. Terrible place don’t buy here. Probably the worst 55+ community ever..

horrible! They are not returning damage deposit and significant improvements I made to the apartment totally over $1,000. I guess we go to small claims court.
