Useless location. System was down. Everyone in the branch like a broken record says “our systems are down “. Atm cards don’t work either.

If I could give zero stars I would. This particular branch has been nothing but inconsiderate, rude and overwhelmingly unhelpful. My Grandmother passed away and her account was listed as still in a Trust, even though she went years ago and removed that, but I digress on that issue. My mother went in with her death certificate and was informed about the Trust by, Lexi Hollander, Relationship Banker. She told my mother they had no information on the Trust but we had to contact them to release account. The only other suggestion was if we didn't know the Trust information we would need a Court order. My Grandmother, knowing it was nearing the end, provided my Mother with a folder full of all contact information etc. In this folder was no information regarding a Trust, as I stated earlier she resolved that issue. We then contacted an Estate/Trust Attorney to assist us in obtaining the correct documentation. We finally received the signed order from the Court releasing the funds in the account to my Mother. She proceeded to go back into the bank and yet again was directed to Lexi. She provided Lexi with the Court order and was informed she needed to bring in the Death Certificate, again. My mother went home retrieved another copy of the Death Certificate, which was already provided during the first encounter with Lexi. (side note: certified death certificates aren't free), she provided Lexi with the Death Certificate and the Signed order form the Court. She was then informed this all had to know be sent to the Legal department and to allow 24-48 hours for a response. Rest of review as photo due to character limits.

Truest is the worst bank I've ever dealt with besides Bank of America. I've been trying to resolve an issue since March 1st and cannot get a straight answer out of anyone. Multiple phone calls multiple long hold times multiple departments and still no answer. They don't seem to know what they're doing at all. The merger between SunTrust and Truist is horrible and Truist commercials are a lie. They have horrible non-existent customer service and act like they couldn't care less. I had two accounts and when Truist took over they transferred one account and the second account just disappeared. No will give me an answer or fix their own mistake. I would recommend NEVER use this bank. I'm going to close my account and move to my credit union. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I was being helped by a very nice guy until the teller next to him named Lynette decided to interfere stating that he was in training.. she then proceeded to ask me all these questions that had nothing to do with my banking needs.. I already hate coming to this branch I hate the vibe and the fact that it's a completely white staff who go out of their way to ignore me.. so I didn't want to have a whole conversation with her! She asked me how I pronounced my name and when I said "however you want to" she threw my Id and card back at me and said she couldn't help me.. there are some truly disgusting and entitled ppl in this world

Truist is truly a 3rd rate bank. Lousy online banking, virtually NO customer service, and rude, obnoxious "bankers". My life savings are coming out of here immediately and going elsewhere. Too bad for Truist too because I have a substantial amount sitting earning zilch with them. Enough is enough.

These two people was so rude to me it was sad refused to Help Yari told me after I filled out all my paperwork and she went and asked him for help that I should have brought cash the lady with the gray hair I told her to close my account she doesn't need my services I asked for the supervisor she refused to give me the information your customer services skills suck Yari was very helpful went beyond and out her way to help me I give her a five star I give them 0 Stars ask for their name supervisors name they both refused to give it to me Screaming at old people not helpful extremely Rude Poor Service Yari Is Amazing And Helpful her ATM outside is not work and when I try to use my card inside they told me I should go get cash because their machine wasn't working properly

I am a customer for 30 years. But my latest experience was so unpleasant that I am considering leave this bank. Simple money wire went so wrong that I lost big amount of money, my family did not get a money for Christmas and I was blamed for mistakes made by their emploees who did the transfer. They switch people around to give this branch better outcome and ratings but it is not working. They returned the fees they charged me, but still lost more money than fees. I lost my trust in this bank.

I have banked here aprox 9 years. I have always had excellent service. I have automatic deposit for my SS checks. I have no fees or set anount of times to use my debit card. I have never heard anything about having to use debit card a certain amount of times a month. All the employees are friendly and very helpfull. I would never think of changing banks.

This branch is awesome! Micheal and the team are the friendliest, most helpful group of people I've ever dealt with... especially at a bank. I'll literally drive 30 mins across town & pass 3 other locations just to go to this branch. 10 stars!
