Just called today on customer service to find out about my account the guy who answered me was extremely arrogant and rood when I asked him the same question he told me I already told you that.They should not employ this kind of person it was hard to understand what he was saying.

They keep charging my card multiple times on check out. Instead of charging me once for my items like normal, they charge my twice and said it didn't go through when it did

Mike, the rental attendant was very nice but the Penske rental was 3 times what I was expecting from my internet reservation. I canceled the rental.

I hate to leave such a bad review to Home Depot, as I've done business with them for years. I don't know why they'd sell such a terrible refrigerator by Samsung with all of their known defects. I had one fix of my fridge under my extended warranty, sadly the same issues exist and after further research and a very helpful Facebook page (Samsung Refrigerator Recall USA NOW) these issues are engineering and design flaws. I've lost countless groceries, medication, and my child's breast milk on the most recent freezing issue. I'll be getting my third "fix" this week by Samsung, yet sadly their customer service is terrible as I've got more than 50 hours of time dealing with this issue with a newborn. Please Home Depot; save everyone from these issues and quit selling Samsung refrigerators. Anyone may contact me or the Facebook group if they're having issues on how to deal with Samsung by filing with the BBB and attorney general.

My husband and I needed to have our kitchen remodeled because our condo didn't come with a dishwasher or a place to put one. We signed the paperwork and set everything up in May. In May we were told 6-8 weeks until our kitchen is done. That would have put us, at the latest, in the first week of August. We are now in the first week of November and my kitchen only has cabinets installed. No countertops, no sink, no dishwasher, no backsplash, and none of that can be done without the countertops. Im beyond fed up. I've been so calm and nice about it, but now I'm being told that my kitchen still won't be done before Thanksgiving! I won't be able to cook my family Thanksgiving dinner this year. I still haven't had a call from management to make it right. They know I'm upset, they just don't care. I won't be using Home Depot for either of our bathroom remodeling and I'll be making sure none of my family or friends do either.

If negative stars were allowed I would definitely do that. On 4/25 I ordered a fridge as mine was broken, delivery of new one was schedule on May 4th, delivery crew broke it. On May 14th delivery crew broke new one. I ask for a refund so I can purchase a different fridge and get "well, that will take some time" still no refund, still no ability to buy fridge and Home Depot staff (when you go in are too busy to help). DO NOT BUY appliances from here.

The person was very nice and help choose the right tool for the job at hand but it it extremely frustrating that they add a 15% accidental coverage without even telling you about it. THAT!!!! Should NOT be happening and been coy about. You should NOT charge a customer a fee without telling them your are doing so in order for customer to have the choice to decline if they want too.

They were so fun. They gave our dog a lot of good attention and kisses. It didnt take too long to get the tool checked in for repair. I just think HD is really dirty and dusty so it bothers my allergies. But the people were fabulous.

Well o was completely taken by surprise with the woman whom was on the registers customer service skills, she was rude and definitely not accommodating after having reservations with the Penske representatives on the phone.The man whom was there was extremely helpful and helped take away the unprofessional behavior that was occurring with the woman. The truck was awesome and of course in great shape, although was under the impression the gas tank was to be filled when it was picked up, and it was Not.
