“One of the BEST stores I’ve ever been in. Literally every duck you could think of. I went in during the Pride festival and ended up buying so many items. Such unique ducks, and everyone was very nice. When I discovered their Good Luck Trolls I was obsessed and couldn’t decide I had to get both. The silver ducks bulbous bouffant coming out of the packaging uncombed sent me through the roof, so I kept it. It was supposed to be a gift but I’m just going to have to buy her another one!😂”

“Retro Rat is a hidden gem for anyone into collectibles and nostalgia. The shop has an awesome mix of wrestling figures, comic books, VHS tapes, Pokémon cards, video games, and all kinds of unique collectibles that you don’t see everywhere anymore. Every time you walk in, there’s something new to look at. The owners are also some of the nicest people you’ll meet. They’re welcoming from the second you walk through the door and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. They know so much about the collectibles they carry and are always happy to answer questions, talk collecting, or help you track down something cool.”

“I have just started modifications on Lego sets. This store has three bins of bricks and etcetera. I was able to find the pieces I needed. The staff are friendly and helpful. They sell minifigs and sets. Plenty of Star Wars and Harry Potter figures. You will meet customers that will help you find pieces and vice versa. I highly recommend this store.”

“Tons of inventory. Closeouts so grab it or lose it here. We got nice (partial) leather chair for $250. Cuisinart table top grill for $100. Plenty of organizing stuff. We got cat treats, cans of veggies, makeup remover wipes, etc. Every employee was helpful. 3 great experiences so far. The rewards program is different than was explained. The 15% off coupon is future visit, we were told by 2 employees it was based on first purchase when you join as future discount.”

“After my first visit was less than ideal, I returned and met with Beau, a knowledgeable and friendly employee. If he is not already management, he needs a promotion. He is adept at problem management and overtly familiar with the store SOPs. As for customer service, I highly recommend anyone wanting to discuss the store's inventory/subject matter, go to this GameStop. I spent an hour in the store and Beau kept the customers moving while assisting me at the other counter. My final purchase was less than $50 but it didn't matter to Beau. I was a customer that needed help. That is what great customer service is made of. There were a lot of trading cards available and collectibles on sale, in addition the gaming consoles and software. Definitely stop in for gifts and for yourself. Most people will find something they want.”
