Not a fan of this location. They messed up my original reservation, charged me extra, then could not seem to get my account to an active status even though I never was late on payments, I was even locked out of my storage for non payment (my payments were ALWAYS submitted ON TIME) then the ladies in the office wanted to get rude with me over their error. The location sucks too with navigating into the facility. Avoid location!

Don't let the four plus star average fool you, the majority are from years past. We moved into a 10'x30'x10' indoor climate controlled unit in early 2021 after moving down here from the Washington DC area. Going from a 4000 square foot residence to a much smaller one, we required a large storage unit until we could further downsize. On 19 February 2024 we found many of our boxes along the back wall water damaged. Upon opening these boxes we found water damage and black mold. With so much black mold, we are not certain when the leakage into our unit began. We immediately reported the water leakage to the front office. Needless to say, when we finally moved all of our belongings out and closed our account on 12 May 2024 nothing had been done to find the source and to fix the leak. The front office team, led by General Manager Ebony Clark were not responsive to our numerous requests to find the source of the water leak. During a happen stance encounter with the two maintenance guys approximately one week prior to our final move out, I showed them our unit. One went up top and reported to us that one of the two A/C units above our room was inoperable and the other had some leakage. Whether or not maintenance reported this finding to the front office, I am not certain, but when I asked Ms Clark about this, I was told it wasn't an A/C issue. I would definitely recommend not utilizing this facility and room C146 is a definite no go.

Moved out before my payment due date and was still charged $345 for my storage unit. Employee left before 12pm so I just dropped off my key and called uhaul who said I wouldn’t be charged. Absolutely ridiculous

Came during business hours and it's closed? Called the numbers listed on the door and all of them ring then just hang up. Bad business when you drive to an "open" store and nobody is there working. No note on door either.

I rented a climate control unit for two years. Prices kept going up from $89.00 to $117 monthly. I emptied my unit 01/25/2022 three days after paying $117, I was unable to empty prior to due date however most storage companies pro-rate so wasn't to worried. After emptying my unit I went to office turned in my remote for gate and they instructed me to call corporate U-Haul for pro-rate monies. I called and they flately said no rebates or pro-rated money is given. Don't use U-Haul
