Took almost 3 months to get our mail forwarded to our new address

They seem to ignore changes of address/forwarding requests here in Florida. In PA when I moved I would get the mail at the new location with a nice little label on it and everything. Here? Not even once. And yes, I notify everyone I can think of, but there's always someone who uses the old address.
