I would have given a zero but you didn't offer it. That puny manager of the store is very inappropriate and doesn't offer any help. Don't go to that store. I left Verizon and went to another carrier because every time I called Verizon or went in that store I got no help

I had been with Verizon for 18 years! About 3 months ago Spectrum convinced me to switch to them for my cellular service claiming they used the same network as Verizon but half the cost. I had a lot of problems with my phone connection using Spectrum and I finally decided to go back to Verizon. When I got to the store I was frustrated and I was met by the store manager at Verizon (Kevon). He was super nice and helpful. He helped me understand why I was having trouble with Spectrum. Spectrum does rent the Verizon network but the bandwidth for Spectrum is 1/4 as they don't get as strong of signal since it's NOT their service. What Kevon explained to me made perfect sense and explained why I was having trouble with my cellular connection while I was with Spectrum. You get what you pay for and I will never switch again!! Verizon is the BEST cell phone companies. Don't listen to Spectrum lies and waste your time with them!!! Thank you very much Kevon at Verizon!! Oh!.... Verizon gave me a $500 bonus for coming back to them that Me or Kevon had no idea I was going to get! Thank you VERIZON!!!

You can not complain about the service. There isn't any. Staff is rude and refuses to help you after you have made a purchase.

I came here on a Saturday for a phone trade in. The associate helping me couldn't get the "find my iPhone" feature turned off and blamed it on apple servers but it was actually a bad Verizon signal and she didn't even attempt it over wifi. She told me to come back when I get it turned off, which I did as soon as I got home and connected to the Wi-Fi. I came back the next day to get the trade in registered but they were closed, schedule on the door said they were open. So I decided to come in on my next day off work... closed again. This time a revised schedule on a calendar showing they are closed every weekend for the next month. Surprising considering most adults work full time jobs and don't have time to take off work. I've been a Verizon customer for almost a decade now and this is the worst I've had to deal with, tried another store nearby but they were a 3rd party retailer and said it would be best if I went to the official Verizon store to get this resolved. This is unnaceptable.

I have to say that Nicole and Wes were absolutely amazing! Nicole was personable and upsold us but wasn't aggressively pushy about it, she just wanted to be sure we knew our options! Then Wes helped when I was having issues transferring from my old phone to my new phone, he was very patient with me. I really felt like they were doing everything possible for me!
