I’ve had nothing but issues with Verizon WiFi. The connection is unreliable, with frequent drops and painfully slow speeds, even though I’m paying for a high-speed plan. Customer service is another nightmare, long wait times, unhelpful responses, and no real solutions offered. It feels like they’re more interested in charging premium prices than actually delivering quality service. I expected much better from a company with Verizon’s reputation. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable internet connection.

As usual promised one monthly payment by the manager and then charged $600 the first month for unexplainable items and bill higher than was promised. Always some special offered and they never keep their word.
You charged me $620 extra in trade in value for 4 iPhones I gave to you and then you say you are concerned ? You owe me $620 in value for these 4 phones that I was promised by your store manager and then you reneged and blamed the hurricane !
Not only are you not trustworthy, but you rob people with trade ins.

Manager was rude kept leaving to help other customers was trying to set up new phone and trying to retrieve all the items and contacts from lost phone finally we left after he told us to do it our self that we were not capable of understanding him.

Verizon is one of the worst services ever it’s supposed to be the Ferrari of phone services but it’s definitely not. You cannot slip a card and
Verizon location why do they even have so many stores open if they’re unable to help you this is ridiculous. I’m a very unsatisfied customer with Verizon. I’ve been with them for six months and I definitely will be ending my contract as soon as I’m done paying for my phone in the next six months because the service sucks. And for the type of money that I am paying, this is ridiculous

Literally my case that cost $80 fell apart in a week tarnished never been wet I use my phone alot the magnetic never stuck to my phone on the case horrible ease of money on top of my screen protector cracked the first time it fell off my bed on to CARPET!!! It also cost a lot $60.00 and broke on carpet their accessories are horribly over priced and over all horrible products sold for way to much.

Just wanted to thank Kayla and Jesus for taking the time to introduce me to the great wonders of Verizon choices to open an account. Sorry Kayla, I didn't finish my account opening with you, but I was too excited to get my account going. Both you, Jesus, and all the rest of the staff at PP store are the best at what you do. God bless you guys, and once again, you have a new faithful customer. If someone goes your way and gives my name as a referral, give them my referral bonus to them as my treat to them.

My experience is only 5 stars because of ONE very special individual. If you go here, make sure you work with Mike. He helped me with a very challenging situation and was kind, compassionate, professional and did everything he could to come to a successful resolution.
BUT BE WARNED, the manager, Jesus, has a very uncaring consciousness. I can not believe Verizon would have a manager that is so lacking in customer service. Please make sure you do not work with him if you want to work with someone who has a high set of standards.

I don't know the guys name I worked with. He was incompetent to put it nicely. Couldn't transfer data on old phone. I finally said, let's forget it. His true self made an appearance. Passive aggressive to say the least. Some people are not fit to deal with the public. You can't take advantage of every senior you deal with pal.

Kayla was amazing! She knew exactly what we needed and had it ready for us when we arrived at the store. She explained everything to us to the point that we didn't have any questions.

I would have gave them a zero if I could have. The manager at that store that little shrimp he was such a prick to me I even called Verizon and made a complaint against the store that guy just blew me off and would not even look at the issue I was having

Went here to set up service for 2 unlocked phones, with Kayla helping. Everything went well until we tried to set up the account via the app, in store, wouldn’t work. We were directed to the 1-800, and the nightmare began. It took 2 hours on the phone to set up account, and the auto pay discount doesn’t start the first month. We were told that this is the price from the start. I now have 2 phones with services that do not work. One phone, all calls go directly to voicemail. The other can’t receive texts. After 3 hours on the phone with Verizon, the problems still exist, with no follow up scheduled. I reached Ken on the 1-800 number who was very rude. He asked me to do something to my phone that I was uncomfortable with, so I asked a question, his response, “ if you’re not going to do what I tell you to do, then I cant help.” He then transferred me to a tech expert, who could not fix the issues. I still have 2 phones not working, and no follow up. They take the money, then they can’t fix what is obviously their issues. I had both phones checked with Apple, and it has been determined that the problem is Verizon’s. And they can’t/wont fix it.Hours after I put this review up I received a paper bill of 336 dollars, after this store quoted 121.40 per month. Online my bill is 190.00. This store doesn’t know how to set up billing. Fortunately. I have everything in writing. All this for 2 phones that have compromised service.
