The pharmacy at this location has the absolute worst customer service. 1. Failed to notify me there was a coupon for my very expensive medication 2. Notified me by text at 10 am I had 5 prescriptions ready. I arrived at 1:15 pm to pick them up, only to be told two were on hold for pharmacists clearance and they were at lunch. When I complained the tech rolled her eyes and snarked at me.

Very unfriendly pharmacy staff overall - not everyone but most. This has not changed in 3 years. I only go here because it's close and I don't go often. If I had to go here more often I'd go somewhere else. They never smile, just go through the motions, and they give off a very dark vibe. It's not good. Plus, a homeless guy was cursing and yelling at a customer on her way to her car right in front of the store. Very disturbing! It's not a great part of town!

Had a nightmare experience at this location. Seems Walgreens must have reported my negative review and had it removed. ? --\u003e My doctor approved a refill request. This Walgreens refused to fill it. Pharmacist told me to call my doctor. I called my doctor, that's when they told me it was approved. I asked if they could send it again. Dr office stated that they are not authorized to send the same prescription again so soon, Walgreens needs to fill it since it was approved. I then call Walgreens again to inform them. Walgreens REFUSED to call my doctor's office. The pharmacist was literally yelling at me and insulting me over a mistake that THIS PHARMACY made. I am only the patient. A refill is between my doctor's office and the pharmacist. I'm doing what I can to get my VERY important blood pressure medication. The pharmacist at this location was talking down to me, even stated \"Why don't you just call your doctor yourself!?\" I had JUST spoken to my doctor's office, as I had already informed her. She was talking down to me, she was very rude and disrespectful. She raised her voice. I was almost in tears. I am so unbelievably upset about this unprofessional experience from the way I was treated while trying to resolve a mistake made BY THE PHARMACY, not by me or my doctor's office. It was very upsetting. I can't even describe how belittled and bullied I was by this pharmacist. I will never return to this store OR any Walgreens for ANY NEEDS. I'm transferring my prescriptions to a business with competent, helpful, and professional staff.

You have got a rude person named Jose working at this location. I had gone in to get a few things and as I stopped to to get a few things in the candy aisle, Jose yelled at me "ARE YOU READY TO CHECK OUT YET??" as if he was in a hurry (It was about 8 pm or so). As I got to checkout counter, there was a person in front of me, I put my items on te counter and leaned for a second as I have sciatica. Jose the BARKED at me to move back. He didn't ask politely, he BARKED. At they point I left the store, saying " I apologize for having sciatica!"

Every time I come into this Walgreens it's always a disappointment. They never have anything on the shelves. And the sales associates don't know much whenever I ask them questions. They are nice but not knowledgeable about their products. I come to this store because it's closest to my house. Guess I'll have to take my business elsewhere. Wish they were more organized.

They could have in stock the items on sale in their flyer. I went last week: "Sorry the truck will be here Wednesday. I went today: We dont have any, the truck will be her Tuesday. I was after soda, BUT they didnt have any (as usual). you can always get soda at Dollar General same price and IN STOCK. Im done with wallgreens.

This is my Walmart. If they don't have what I need, the managers always give me rain checks or hold items for me when they come in. The cashiers are always friendly and staff eager to help.
