I made the mistake of shopping here 3 times and the 3rd was my last. Never again... While I always expect a "lesser" shopping experience at most any Walmart, this location offers the maximum misery that any Pinellas Park destination is capable of. Expect zero customer service, self check-out lines packed 6 deep or more, shelves that look like the Tasmanian devil paid a visit, and a collection of obviously homeless and "meth head" individuals lurking outside that are hell-bent on making your visit here even worse. I'd rather make a 30 minute drive to avoid ever shopping here again...

The ending for my home delivery was great. .The first deliver arrived on time, but there was a heavy rainstorm and my Husband was sitting on the porch to help with an umbrella. Then 2 minutes later the driver drove off. The report on my phone said could not be delivered. I.immediately called the store and explained what happened. Zack took over and said he would get it delivered as soon as he returned with the order. And yes he did and called to make sure I got the order. Blessings to Zack. Made my day and supper! Love the service

KAREN the customer service person, the most rudest, obnoxious, incompetent person in all of walmart. On her cell phone shuts down the customer while on personal calls. The customer service desk was closed for at least 30 minutes. And she refused to open it until her call was done. Never actually opened, another person took care is the customers. People like Karen, give walmart a bad name.

I don't like going to Walmarts and this one is exactly why, you just feel dirty going inside. Also, Emily needs to be retrained, awful customer service.

Ordered groceries for pick up last night. Woke up with flu so called at 6am to cancel my order that is to be picked up between 8-9am. After being on hold for five minutes (which when you're sick seems like a long time) I was informed that even though they would be filling my order I couldn't cancel unless I called an 800 number. Did I mention I had been puking for hours? The man I spoke with was so rude and his view on my dilemma was "I'm just doing my job". I told him it was his choice because now I would be going to pick up groceries knowing I'm sick. He hung up on me. They do not care about customer service at this location and I won't be back (after picking up my order this morning praying I don't puke). I had been spending several hundred dollars a month on pick up groceries. To force someone to pick up groceries knowing they're sick is absurd. That man may have talents in the retail world but customer service is not one. Who hangs up on a customer? And he's in charge? No, I won't be back and I'm sure he's happy to hear that.

I'm updating my review because this store(finally)added hand held scanners at the self serve checkout lanes, making it much easier to deal with larger items like those big bags of pet food. I'm giving them a one star only increase because they still have issues in the customer service areas that need improving.

Best experience ever at a Walmart. I went their when the store is slammed on July 4th 2019 at 4PM. Susan the manager on duty is running back and forth putting out fires and dealing with not to happy customers. When my turn comes this lovely woman greats me like I am the first shopper of the day smiles and resolves my issue above and beyond what she was obligated to do and mine you it all involved a package of hotdogs and sausage. I went to customer service counter and was greated by Afsana who took care of me immediately as Susan had directed, without delay. I had to give Susan a warm hug on the way out because she treats everyone as if she just walked in the door. Ms. Marcy Vickers, please thank Susan and Afsana personally for me. I wish I could shop here regularly but I am visiting from Georgia. What a great welcome to Panellis Park Florida

This is the only Walmart that I've been to that doesn't have handheld scanners for the self service checkout. For people like me that buy large bags of pet food this is irritating. The alternative is to wait in a long line at the one or two regular checkout lanes that they have open. So,for this update I still give this place one star.

I come here sometimes because it's convenient for me. However I hate to come here so much that I will drive extra distance to go else where. The employees are the worst!! So rude every time!! And they obviously don't care about their job. They will stand around talking and not working while staring directly at you knowing you need help. Plus the produce is always old and rotten, I will never buy meat or produce here!

I drive up and it's dead. I get inside with one person ahead of me thinking, oh great, I'll get my oil changed and be in and out of here quickly! HA! After Tonya took here sweet a** time with the one guy, she proceeded to call people from the waiting room to update them while ignoring me. 20 minutes later, she finally gets to me after discussing the weather and everything else with everybody else, just to tell me, you have to check in outside for oil changes. I go back outside, and by this time, there is a line of cars! Thanks again Tonya, you are worthless! Now you might think I missed some signs or an employee out side directing people, but you'd be wrong. As I went outside and waited in the heat to be checked in, I looked and there were absolutely no signs or directions. The booth where another employee should have been but was vacant when I arrived, now had two people. Where were they to begin with! Even though there were two people outside checking people in, only one was working while they both held lengthy conversations with people about their kids, first day of school, their interests, etc. 45 mins later, I'm now sitting in the waiting room, still waiting for something that should have been relatively quick in my opinion. Personally I'd fire Tonya or send her for retraining in the efficiency department! Bottom line, I should've known better for expecting anything else from Walmart! Sears failed Kmart failed woolworths failed and so will Walmart. Especially with this kind of customer dissatisfaction. 0 stars if I could!

Usually hate going to walmart because of the lines and service but this one is probably as good as it gets. Not overly crowded and decent selection of items

They no longer open 24 hours. Guy was yelling outside at us for coming in " we're closed!" over and over and over again --weird
