Walmart auto care in this location sucks. I already reschedule my appointment and went for today to get my tire changed he said 3 people didn't show up to work so they try to call people for reschedule but never got the call. He said I try to tell people to make appointment before 3pm but when people makes appointment online available time is way past that so maybe they need to make available appointments time till 3pm than. Seems like they closed whenever they want ?

The pick up here (Walmart Pinellas Park Super Center) is a joke and has been ran poorly ever since I moved to St. Pete. Very hit or miss, MOSTLY MISS. Although the actual store is nice PLEASE AVOID THIS PICK UP LOCATION FOR YOUR SANITY. They need a new manager at this pick up location. It’s ran EXTREMELY poorly. My daughter use to live 6 minutes away from this location and would drive all the way to the south side to pick up her items.Every once in a rare blue moon you can pick up your items within 15-30 minutes at this location. The MAJORITY of the time you’re going to wait AT LEAST an hour or MORE to receive your items. It doesn’t matter if you’re picking up for yourself or picking up a delivery. One night they left me out there, closed up shop and I was just waiting. I got there around 9:30pm and checked in (as scheduled). Around 10:15pm I noticed that the people waiting to pick up orders started driving off. I actually went into the store and spoke with a young man working in pick up. He told me they were packing it up and it would be out shortly. A little after 11:00pm I was the only one still waiting in the parking lot. I went to the front and was advised the store is closed. I talked with several managers, explaining to them what was going on. They explained to me a situation was going on where the police had to be called. They assured me multiple times someone would be over there. After waiting and waiting and waiting, FINALLY a night manager (black guy can’t remember his name) really went to check. He sincerely apologized and said they left it a mess back there. He said he could go sort out my order but it would take at least an hour, possibly more. By this time it was well after midnight ?.Don’t say I didn’t warn youI’ve come to understand that this amongst many other things is very common at this pick up location. Avoid this location for pick up like the plague please.

It’s wonderful that WalMart offers curbside pickup, but we waited 30 minutes on a hot day. We could have quickly grabbed the few things we ordered much faster than waiting.

Arrived to pickup my order 3 minutes after scheduled time. 10-11 (10:03) No one came out on arrival. So I went to the door looking for someone. No one in sight. The door was wide open. Employee scolded me for entering staging area. I think they all go on break at the same time. This is the 2nd time this happened. I'm done with curbside pickup. Target is closer anyway.

The worst. I will never return to any walmart or Sam's. I know I'm only one person but my money has been used at these places a lot. No longer. Placed a delivery order, half my order is missing. Reach out to Walmart, that already took payment and they informed me there is nothing they can do. It was over 20 items missing not one or two. I'm just in disbelief... o stars but I had to chose a 1

It's Walmart, but here's something you may not know. They have a small selection of #GrassFed beef, lamb, and bison. Prices are good and the quality is pretty good. A safe bet to grab some Grass Fed options for the #Carnivore in your life!

Pick Up at Walmart is one of those wonderful things to come out of Covid. Their prices are the same as going in the store. They're really good about pulling everything and getting it out to you. They're right on time 99.9% of the time. The app keeps track of my favorites which makes finding reorders super easy. I also spend less because I don't browse around. Sometimes I miss that and go in anyway just to see the stuff in person, but most of the time I use their pick up service. I don't know how I managed without it now.

This rating is for something that Walmart does that absolutely drives me crazy. I will order something online for pickup or delivery and they immediately, within nanoseconds, take the money out of my account, and the merchandise that was supposed to be in stock isn't, or it will get to my home way later than the original delivery date. And then when it's time to get a refund, it takes about a week or longer to go back into my account, but yet they can withdraw my funds in an instant for merchandise that isn't even in stock. Fom now on I am only shopping with cash at Walmart. They won't be able to track me and if I want a refund, they can't use any excuse other than to give me cash back. Honestly, if I had another option I wouldn't even shop at Walmart any more. Guess I will really have to check out my options because I'm tired of it.I'm sorry, but I never have this problem with Amazon, and if I do they take care of it immediately.I really appreciated the idea of being able to have things delivered or grocery pickup, but overall it's been more of a headache than it's been helpful.
