The cook or whomever preps the corn dogs sucks, every time I pick up it's terrible... compared to other Walmarts close by.... should be fired or take lessons from the Walmart off of 19. Again it sucks.

Placed an order, one of the items was delivered like this. It looks like someone tore it up then Walmart tried to tape it back together and dump it on a customer as if it was new

I bought a few white outdoor chairs. They were $60 a piece and totally filthy! When I mentioned it to the door person he said "if you don't like it don't buy them", instead of maybe I can get something to wipe them off???

Their Auto department is worthless. Called twice waiting over 5 minutes each call with no answer. Went in and finally got tires changed. Told them I wanted to keep old tires. Went to pick up and my old tires were gone. No one knows what happened.

Shoutout to Edwin at the Pinellas Park Supercenter Walmart for top-tier customer service! When no one had the keys to the fragrance cabinet, I was left waiting over 15-25 minutes with no help. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the fragrance due to the lack of service. But Edwin didn’t waste any time, he went straight to customer service like a pro. That’s what I call thinking five steps ahead of everyone else.
Walmart, do better. Give Edwin more than just pizza, how about a raise or a permanent position? He’s the kind of employee you need more of! 👊🏾

Bought a cell phone that the lady in electronics assured me would work with my carrier, also bought a dress online. The phone did not work with my carrier and they sent me an XL dress when I ordered a medium.
I rode the bus to the store to return the items at 8:45pm on a Friday.
The customer service that is open until 10pm was already closed, and the guy in electronics couldn't do any returns because he was "just filling in".
Such awful customer service, also half the employees don't speak English, or at least act like they don't if you have a question.
Every time I go there I am reminded of why I never go there
