I’m a local customer, every time I visit this place is like eww, This is a good area why kept the store so filthy? The floor is so sticky and dirty. Andy the store manager needs to improve this place. I believe they can do better.

I been here since 4am for gas and it’s now 12:39 noon and fuel truck has not arrive and the store clerks in the store say they don’t know if it’s coming or not it could and it couldn’t not understanding why Wawa clerks at like this with the American people who is going threw trying times if you don’t have no gas then you shouldn’t be opening at all Wawa is a non caring company

On Saturday afternoon. I decided to Walk to my Local Wawa store and buy a sandwich with the convenience of Using the outlet outside to charge my phone some. Hurricane Helene left millions without power including my community. While I was charging my phone. A store associate steps outside and tells me “sorry sir. U can’t be there “ stating that I can’t use the outlet. Not only did he address it bluntly, but it’s not like I wanted to be there. I just needed a little convenience from a convenient store in a time that a natural disaster occurred. I was shocked and displeased with how the store associate approached me. Young guy, slim about 5-6 usually works behind the cash register. Hopefully Wawa can understand the situation and look into better ways to communicate or address these situations if they don’t allow us paying customers to use certain things

No one greets you until you reach the register to pay. This location stated I had to pay for my order before they could give it to me. I’ve never encountered this until I went to this location so I’m
not sure if they encounter theft frequently, but I felt as if I was profiled to say the least. If that is the new rule moving forward, it should be posted to where customers are aware and can abide by the NEW RULES. I ordered a salad, with special instructions and I watched Emily make my salad, but never inquired about what the special instructions were. Does she not know how to read or just didn’t feel like providing good customer service? Either way, very appalled by the service I received at the location. I know not to patronize this location ever again. It looks nice after the remodel, but the customer service should be next in remodeling.

This place must be going out of business or something. Empty shelfs and almost all the drink fridges were empty. No large lids for fountain drinks. The place was dirty especially the bathrooms. Maybe the manager has a drug problem or they doing a bust out like the sopranos. Remember that when Davey Scatino gets 50k in debt with Tony and they steal all the merch?

Very dirty and disgusting Wawa. The toilets are just terrible! The ice making equipment doesn't even work. And also in the neighborhood there are supposedly Tesla superchargers, but these are just non-working disgusting chargers!
Parking: I want to tell you about Tesla chargers. These are not superchargers, this is some kind of mockery! Some don't work at all! Some charge an hour and a half! Really??!!! Disgusting! I really don't recommend it! And I also really hope that they will be replaced or repaired.
