My wife and I had a fantastic customer service experience with Tess. She is very professional, friendly, and genuinely wants to help people. She called me the next week, just as she promised, to follow up on our needs. She even remembered to ask about our dogs. Our society needs more people like Tess...... Thank you

Turned away after waiting in line, arrived an hour before closing. Then told to make appt. Called and then said no availability. Joke of a branch and assistance, made to feel like we were not valued. Will never come back.
