Okay, today is about customer service. Delivery is a thing we don't have to stand there and be ignored. Teach your employees some customer service nd be dedicated or not work for you.we are all delivering for your customersHave some respect teach employees better. Uber and door dash is not going away, maybe train your employees that customer service is an important part of success.We are out here ? working, you should too.

It was very clean, the people were friendly and helpful. The downside side: Check your order. While they put off that they know what they are doing, I got home after work with my Wendy's order and was shorted 3 sandwiches. So, check your order before you leave.

Food is subpar. Ordered baconater and got a hamburger with a small piece of maybe bacon. Asked for everything on it and was told it only came with katsup and mustard. No mayo, no lettuce and no tomato. Employee was rude and said if we didn't like it to go somewhere else. We will be going somewhere else from now on.

Just went through drive thru they said they had no eggs, which I thought was strange. So in a nice way I said can’t believe u outa of eggs, her response was were Human. Next girl told me to get over it. To top it off I asked for some honey butter which they told me they had. I got yo work no honey butter. Smh, no one ever said sorry. Customer service there not so good. Would love some feedback.

We are a family of 5 and meals can be expensive, even cooking at home can add up. We love to stop here and get the $6 Biggie Bag deal - a drink, fries, nuggets and a double stack for $6 each. Under $40 and our family is happy and full.Thanks Wendy's

There was supposed to be 1¢ Jr Bacon Burgers. I did my best to place my order after downloading the app on my Android phone. The manager quote unquote was absolutely clueless when I requested. there was an elderly lady obviously beyond retirement age than the other half dozen or so employees combined. I did not argue with the manager when she all of a sudden got a clue when I saw that my total was nearly $12. A 1 cent bacon burger a medium Frosty and a medium fries and a n ice water cup with no lid. I'll likely NEVER go back to THAT Wendy's again. If you go there and there is an obese manager woman with sleeve tattoos I would highly recommend just doing a 180 and go somewhere else. She needs to get going from there. I've always had high regards for Wendy's fast food and I worked in a dairy processing plant where we manufactured and packaged and shipped out Wendy's frosty mix all over the eastern United states. I definitely won't go back to that Wendy's ever again if that same manager is on duty. Her customer service skills are nill...
