I recommand this place a lot! Staff is very profesional and polite, they know everything about the cars they’re selling. They never had any problem with me asking so many different questions about cars I was interested with. I am a bit difficult client, plus- I live in Europe and there wasn’t any problem for Mark to send the car to my place. I love american cars and FL is my fav place on Earth and I visit it a lot so I’m really glad i found this Dealer. It’s my second car from them and surely not the last one. Great cars, wonderfull prices and excellent people!

I am very happy about the truck I bought from X Autos. Their customer service was excellent. I flew in from Pensacola to buy the truck, and they even picked me up from the airport! The truck was exactly as described, and I had no troubles driving it all the way back to Pensacola. They were great people to deal with, and I would use them again if the occasion ever arose.

I recently purchased my car from X Auto, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience there. Right as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my preferences. I was given a range of options that suited my budget and needs perfectly.
Throughout the entire process, I never felt pressured. They displayed genuine care for my preferences and were always honest and direct. They made sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the purchase. The paperwork was handled efficiently as well. I am very excited about the car I purchased!

Excellent contact with Marek is another advantage. Professionalism is visible at every step. The amount of information Mark gave me about the car prior to purchasing was enormous and very helpful. Bying a car from this guy a was the worst mistake of my life, since I got the car is been a headache and he knew he was selling a junk my only mistake was I should take car to.mercedes benz and let.mercedes check the car now I got car the I need to spend 4 thousand dollars to repair.

I recently purchased an Audi from XAuto. The entire process was a dream compared to other dealerships. XAuto is upfront, honest, and delivers a vehicle that you can trust. The Audi I purchased is extremely clean with low mileage. I'm getting compliments from everyone I know. I highly recommend Mark and this dealership.

The worst experience in a vehicle purchase my family has ever had. The tires are seized to the vehicle and it leaks fluid all over after three months on the purchase. This man Mark has agreed to fix any issues prior to buying the vehicle then denies this statement.
Update: During the purchase of the vehicle the owner stated of there were any issues he would take care of it and fix because he takes care of his customer. Immediately after the purchase we had to buy a muffler because he stated someone backed into a tool box. Ten days after purchase the ac went down so it went back in for the second visit I’m less than two weeks. The ac system was recharged and no leaks were fixed and or repairs were performed. During normal driving conditions a tire picked up a nail and at this point a second mechanic looked under the vehicle and mentioned the severely rusted under carriage. While trying to replace the tire the mechanic was unable to remove the tire as the nuts and bolts are seized together. Now three months into the purchase the vehicle has a severe power steering leak and has a quoted repair of $1400 from a third mechanic who also mentioned the amount of rust and noted the vehicle may be have been flooded and is probably from up north in a high salt area. After viewing the car fax report this vehicle is from New York and confirms this dealer buys vehicle from up north and brings them here to sell. We trusted him and my wife is the one without a vehicle now. This has impacted our family greatly and we are not protected and have lost the money and he knows this. The dealer told me when I contacted him that it was my fault and he was going to bill me for the repairs this is why I didn’t bring it to him. The vehicle is junk and is inoperable in my drive way at the moment three months after purchase.

I recently had the pleasure to purchase my Chrysler 200 Convertible form XAuto, LLC. At the time I had already looked at another Chrysler 200 Convertible at a Big Box Dealer, and it was nothing special. The car was rated “Fair Deal” on Car Gurus, and it looked below average. PLUS they had a $995.00 Dealer Fee, a $1475.00 Reconditioning Fee, plus I did not qualify for $1000 Finance Assistance, b/c I was going to my Credit Union. Therefore, the price was actually $3500.00 over the “Fair Deal” price! I paid a “Good Price” at XAuto (per Car Gurus), and they only charged one small dealer fee (which I was glad to pay) tax, title, and tag transfer, at the real cost (not the $400 extra most dealers pad on top of those fees.) AND THAT WAS IT. The Boss of this operation is named Mark, and he stocks a small number of cars at any time, but he is very selective. I looked in most of his cars, and they were all very clean and appeared to be well maintained. Mark was very upfront and honest with no pressure. I highly recommend him. X Auto will not disappoint
