“The new lady at the front counter was very helpful. Just so people understand, this office is just for PO boxes, mailing items, and picking up attempted items. The Pinetta mail carriers are actually stationed in the Madison Post Office and they drive to Pinetta to deliver the mail then they head back to Madison. Giving this office bad reviews because of the carriers isn't helpful. You need to talk to Madison if you have complaints.”
