Orion was great throughout the entire purchase from signing agreement through waiting for delivery i would recommend Ingram Marine and tell them to ask for orion. I feel Ingman is lucky to have someone like Orion. I shopped at a competitors showroom and when we walked into ingman and Orion waited on us I told my wife we were purchasing boat from him. No hard sale and honest

My Grady White Freedom 285 received damage from Hurricane Ian. I did not want to take it to the dealer of purchase, so I asked my canal neighbor where he bought his and would he recommend them. He told me to speak to Sean Keathley at Ingman Marine. Before contacting Sean I called for Mr. Ingman, but got a general manager that told me Mr. Ingman does not take calls and that he handles everything for him. I spoke with Sean, and the first email with pictures went out on 11/13/2022. Sean explained to me that with a location down, inventory damaged, and current customers needing work it would be many months until they could get my boat in. He gave me an estimate based on photos, and a check came in from my insurance made out to Ingman Marine. We were all set, and I knew I had to wait a while. We stayed in contact and the date to get me in had changed a few times. My boat was to go in the beginning of July / 2023, then moved to August 2023. Until one day I had called for Sean and spoke to the GM again (he would not put me over to Sean). He told me it was going to be another 4 months from what Sean had Promised me. I explained the situation, and he did not want to hear it. TOTALLY UNACCEPTIBLE FROM THE GM!! I did call and spoke to Sean again, and at the end of the conversation like others I expressed to “not forget about me and call me back” I never heard back and to date never have from Sean.Now over a year later and I can’t get my boat in another place until Jan, 2024 and will be down for months. Ingman Marines actions has caused me to have my boat on a waiting list for 10 plus months with them, when it could have been down long ago.Do not waste your time dealing with this man and his company. Learn from mine and others mistakes. This man like many other company’s set it up so that they do not have to deal with people, nor do they keep their finger on the pulse of their business. A receipt for failure!!I look forward to seeing a day when Ingman Marine goes out of business!!

Fantastic Service Manager and Technicians.Service Manager Sean and Technician Mike really came through for us when our Yamaha overheated.We live on the east coast and were doing the loop around south Florida. Our engine went into limp mode about five miles from Ingman Marine.The amount of attention they gave us was fantastic. Mike took a boat ride with us with his laptop hooked up to the engine. We ran the boat to mimic the failure conditions. Sure enough, we got the 'check engine' flashing again and went into limp mode.More importantly, Mike got the data he needed.When the engine was repaired, Mike went back out with us, again with his laptop, to be sure it was fully repaired before sending us on our way. This time another code came up.To make a long story shorter, Mike dived deep into both 16-year-old engines and found serious salt deposits blocking cooling water passages. It took him some time to fully open those passages.Since we still had some long open water runs ahead of us, we are very appreciative of the immediate attention we received from Sean and how thoroughly Mike did his work and then verified his work by running the boat hard with his laptop before being satisfied that the engine was good to go.If we had to break down, we were fortunate to break down so close to Ingman Marine.

Best boat purchase experience ever! From sales to after sale support to service they have by far exceeded every expectation. Terry and John in sales are straight forward, knowledgeable, and most importantly trustworthy. They say exactly how things will be and they don’t over promise. Purchased a brand new Sea Hunt 234 Ultra and couldn’t be happier with their pricing either.I think the most impressive part of this experience was Sean in service. When I came in for my 20 hour service and to get misc. the items fixed that all new boats have, Sean listened to everything and got every single issue corrected in a very timely manner, and the results were beyond impressive. Most things that were addressed came out BETTER than they were done at the factory.Bottom line is this, I didn’t exactly buy a yacht and this is one of the smaller boats that they offer at Ingman. But I was treated like I had purchased a super car. The entire experience was wonderful and I’ll never go anywhere else for service or sales as long as I’m in Florida. Thank you to all at Ingman Marine!

Ingman Marine and more specifically John Ferrara found the boat of my dreams and made all the details happen. Purchase negotiations with previous owner, finance, repairing survey items, trailer, delivery etc. It all went perfect and they treated me like a valued customer. If I didn't live across the state they would be my home dealer.

I would highly recommend talking to Ingman if you are in the market for a new or used boat. John spent hours with me going over all the options available on the Canyon 376 before we ordered the boat and it was delivered on time and exactly as ordered without exception. Pricing was very competitive. The electronics Installer spent time with me on the layout of the electronics at the helm so everything would be just as i expected. Fred spent as much time as i needed to get me acquainted with the systems and operation of the boat and has been a ongoing resource of anything boating related. These guys are top notch!

Had these photos come up on my timeline from 5 years ago to remind me when I purchased our boat from Ignman by far best sales experience I’ve ever had in the past decade they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and had me back on the road to Oklahoma even called several times to make sure I made it back safely when it comes time to upgrade I know who I will be buying from!

We had a great experience at Ingham Marine in Port Charlotte with buying our first boat. Scott from Sales shared his experience and recommendations, and worked well with us on pricing and options for our pontoon boat. Fred was fantastic with the delivery process and in giving us an oveview of the boat, features, nav, etc.. and taking us out for hands on experience. He also provided some great tips on local boat accessible restaurants and fishing.
