The store is always very busy, yet Sid and Vik always find time to give each customer all the help and support they need. They are a team of tech wizards, always willing to help, especially when they ( often)see a puzzled look on a customer's face!! 10 +++++

Vik was very helpful with my document issue. The store was busy, and he was managing not only my issue but multiple other customers all at the same time. The reason for the 10 is Vik really seemed to be enjoying himself and was providing excellent customer service in the midst of all the confusion.

I needed a copy of a medical card from my phone, had no idea how to accomplish this. The gentlemen at this store helped me so much to get this done. I'm not phone savvy. I can't say how much I appreciated all of their help & expertise. I will definitely be returning to this UPS for all mailings.

Hello, I dropped a package on 01/22/2025 to go to Fort Mill, SC. I paid the 50.66 fee. The next day it was in Jacksonville and still sits there as of this writing. Today is 01/31/2025. I've called and left voice mails and was told how sorry everyone is and still nothing has been done to get it moving. I called UPS customer service and was told that the sending store is responsible for following it through. Called them yesterday morning and still no response. No sure how this store managed to squeak out 4 stars. I will be going elsewhere going forward. No option for zero stars.

I've always been impressed with the UPS store in Placida! In fact, I will drive out of my way to come here even though I don't live out this way!
Yesterday, I had to return two books to Amazon, and the guy with the glasses, shorter-height guy did a great job of processing my return! I received my refund in record-time which I really appreciated!
Today, I had one more item to return, but we don't have a printer at home. I asked Shannon about it and she mentioned that I can email them the label and they will print it out for me! When I went to return the coat later, Shannon had everything all ready for me to go! Expeditious and courteous service with a smile!
The staff at the Placida UPS store go above and beyond! They're truly great at what they do, they're quite knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. This is my UPS store to go to, and I will only go here with any packing, shipping, returns in the future!

Great experience with missing package. Something broke in package and was sent back to Cape Haze ups. They repackaged contents for me and resent to my original destination free of charge. Highly recommend!!
