Lovely grocery store. It has a good selection, prices are high but not absurd, and the area is well-maintained. It's hard for a grocery store to differentiate, but this Publix is a good one

Need to be off your head to shop for groceries here. Price gouging at its very worst. There is no way inflation or supply chain bottlenecks can be used as justification for prices in this store! If they wanted to sneak an 8-10% on prices I'm sure I may not have noticed. But they seem to be adding multiples to many basic food items. Eggs, milk, bread, etc., totally extortionate!!! Same for ham, cheese, fruit. It's off the scales. And these products are absolutely no better than what you'll find in any other supermarket. Someone in Pricing at Publix has lost it!

Publix all around here is losing their friendly factor. The cashiers barely say Hi, they rarely ever tell you your total and oy say thanks after they can tell you are not happy with the service. Only the produce clerks and sushi clerks and teen baggers seem happy to be there.

I live next to a Publix up in Orlando and I absolutely LOVE going in there because of the sweet workers and all the treats they sell. Stepping foot into this particular Publix I thought it would be a similar experience. I was completely wrong. If I could, I would rate this Publix 0 stars. Probably the most racist place I've stepped foot in all of Florida. Walked in there, got all my stuff and was waiting to check out. The lady helping out at the register I was standing at signaled me to move on over to the customer service line since the woman over on that side was not helping anybody. I was super grateful the lady at the register I THOUGHT was trying to help me check out quicker. I rolled my cart over to the customer service side with about 15 things to check out and the lady there started yelling at me saying it was too much stuff. I quietly went back to where I was originally standing. The lady who sent me over there in the first place seemed frazzled too but just shook it off. A couple minutes went by, a middle aged Caucasian man rolled his cart over to customer service and she started checking his completely full cart out no problem. I get being a young Asian girl may be a crime to some people but let's not play that game at a grocery store especially Publix where EVERYONE is just trying to buy some food to survive. This is definitely the WORST Publix I have been to.

I'm usually a big fan of the Publix company. However this is the first time I've encountered a bad experience as a customer in a Publix location. While waiting to be helped at customer service it seemed the customer service manager had more priority of a personal call while I was waiting in line. Very unprofessional from a customer stand point. All the employees I encountered while shopping were pleasant and eager to help! Just unfortunate for someone with a management name tag to have soured my visit. I can't remember the young mans name but he had brown hair accompanied by a very large attitude!

It was okay, I live in Illinois and am spoiled by our grocery store. Service was good . I thought this store was nice clean but nothing that great.

Shout out to Brenda and Cathy - today I was in the embarrassing situation of not having enough funds in my account to pay for my groceries. And I was on the express line - instead of making me feel small, these two gracious ladies facilitated my check out while I called my husband, the bank and got this mess cleared up. They joked with me and made me feel ok while waiting and I can't thank them and this always welcoming and Covid-conscious store enough for their professionalism and good will. A really great, well stocked store. And their bakery, produce, meat, fish and deli counter are first rate and always clean and staffed with the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff. Kudos and again, sincerest thanks!

This Publix was a great experience! I went with my friends--a common trope to these reviews, it seems--and we bought food for our stay at a nearby beach house. The customer service was great; all workers were very friendly and cooperative. I am overjoyed by the food I bought too, and the options were great. Variety is always a noteworthy thing at any grocery store. At checkout, one of my friends didn't have enough money to pay for her groceries, and this kind couple offered to pay for her. I love chivalry! All in all, it was a great experience at this Publix.
