This warehouse is a joke, appointments mean nothing. They will ruin your day.
My appointment was at 11 I’ve checked in at 8:00 it is now 14:00 and I’m still waiting for a door. Went in the office to ask what’s going on and I’ve just been rudely told to wait in my truck and give them time because they are behind.

Good place to deliver especially if you need to do a split break. Arrived at 11am for a 1pm appointment. I knew I was going to be waiting and wanted that. In a door by 3pm, unloaded in an hour or so. Follow directions and don’t be late.
Big shout out to the ladies in the office. Super polite!

Check in lady’s are rude, very lazy stuff very very slow , so far been waiting for a door for over 3 hours nothing yet, except to be here for a while

I really don't know why they have 4 stars. I had a very bad experience with this place. My support was for 1 pm. They gave me the door at 11 am and then they started unloading at 4 pm. In reality, I will never return to this place. When I tried to pick up the load, it was the first thing I saw, the good comments, but this is useless.

Got here early 8 am they said will try to get u in early well that didn't happen sat for 5.5 hours appointment time was 1430 came and went so much for that. No overnight parking.gated entrance!

My company is Chi-Town Transportation Inc I’ve been coming to Americold for a very long time and the ladies in the office Wendy and Carmen are the 2 most wonderful people I’ve ever dealt with. They both are professional speaking people. And good hearted people , and the shipping and receiving guys they are just the same.So if anyone gives them a bad review I would call them a liar
