I wish every Americold was like this, checked in nice friendly ladies. Door assigned loader came to the truck for paperwork loaded in 10 minutes. In and out in 30 minutes!!???

Had a delivery appointment @1:30p, check in with Wendy @11:06a checkout 11:37a. Amazed how quick and efficient the staff were!! Absolutely Amazed!

This place is awesome ?. You get in and out, with simple instructions on the docking and unload process. I wish every cold storage was this way.

People was nice and friendly but when I got to my delivery I was told that Americold was supposed to put j&j snacks lot# on the bills.Had to wait all night called them the next morning and they did act like they knew what I was talking about finally someone from j&j snacks got the receiver the lot #s I lost two really good paying loads because it cost me 20 hours to get unloaded because I became a work in.I feel as long as Americold has been in business that they would know what they need to ask customers what's supposed to be on the bills and most customers have been in business long enough to say hey this is what needs to be on the bill drivers time should not be wasted on lack People in relaying what needs to be on the bills to get unloaded

Shipping and receiving hours are from 8-3. If you miss your appointment they will take you the following day as a work in for $155. Ample space for parking into docks. Check in by dock door 22. Great and friendly staff. Fast unloading.
