Bought a screen protector, carried it back 4 times for cracking under warranty, upgraded to a newer more expensive one, there was only one person in store with at least 6-7 people waiting so he was rushed to apply screen, dropped screen protector on floor and still applied with bubbles on screen, I did not have time to wait or dispute the issue, went to another store to try and get taken care of, was charged for another screen protector at full price, asked to speak to a manager and was informed I would not like the result and they would probably laugh at me. All around piss poor customer service and product. Won't happen again and I will spread the word.

When replacing my screen saver on November 11th the salesman put an iPhone 15 pro screen saver on my iPhone 14 Pro. A week later it has a chip on the edge. I went in today to tell them they put the wrong screen saver on my phone.The gentleman said the screen size is the same so there’s5.8”no difference and refused to change it unless I paid for another one. I told him to check online and he’d see that they’re 5not comparable. He refused so I reported to AT&T and a manager said the screen savers are different for those two phones even though the screen size is the same. The 14 pro screen saver is 5.8” X 2.8”. The 15 pro screen saver is 5.6” X 2.6”. Learn your products if you’re going to sell them. AT&T made it right and they noted the store that did this.

I would avoid going to this AT&T store. They try to talk you into a higher priced plan. I was signed up for a plan I didn't want. I had to go back 3 times to get it straightened out. When I finally got what I wanted. The employee submitted my payment twice. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get one of the charges for my payment reimbursed to my bank account. Huge waste of time and a pain to go through.
