After a terrible experience I had at another Auto Zone store, I was contacted by corporate. The Regional Sales Manager, Mr. Brian Humphrey contacted me and made things right. This is a true gentlemen. I am very happy to report, that I and my family will be doing business with Auto Zone for the foreseeable future.
Thank you Brian. His staff at the Plant City route 92 store were excellent. The store manager Zenetta and Carlos were eager to assist and make my visit at this store memorable.
Thank you!!!

This establishment engages in deceptive and inequitable practices. My parents and I yesterday went to AutoZone when I suspected my car battery had failed, prompting me to visit the store to purchase a replacement. Eric facilitated the transaction for a new battery without verifying the condition of my existing one. Typically, other automotive repair and retail outlets, such as Advanced Auto Parts, conduct a diagnostic test on the battery to confirm its functionality before recommending a replacement.
Subsequently, after the installation of the new battery, a test revealed that the original battery was still operational. Eric attempted to help us by talking to his manager Laestrella, who declined to accept the return of the unused battery, which had not been in my possession for more than a minute. Then Laestrella wanted to charge me a disposal fee for the old and WORKING battery if I had not asked for it back. This was evidently unjust and strongly suggests a lack of customer-oriented service at this establishment.

I give this Autozone 5 stars because Eric was amazing he personally helped get my back blinker changed on my scion xB which was incredibly difficult! He exemplified exceptional customer service!!!! Thank You!!

Excellent service!!! I am very thankful for 3 Hispanic workers at this location 2 days ago (seems like one is a manager, a female cashier and an older man) My car was urgently needing oil and I was running late for an important appointment when I stopped by this auto zone for help. The three of them cooperate and helped me very fast. The manager told her the oil, she grabbed the oil and the other man added it to my car in less than 2 minutes. These 3 people were my hero and heroine, so sad I didn’t glance at the names. They need incentives!!

Went here at wife’s suggestion and was so glad I did. Got help from Anthony who saved me hours of tool finding, google searching, and video watching about how to change brake lights. So, so helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to do it in five minutes and now I know for the next time. Thank you Anthony and AutoZone!

I took my tesla there and they said there wasn't no engine in it! I'll be darned, they make anything these days! I also got a sweet air freshener.
Check out the UPS store across the street! THE GUY WITH THE TATTOOS IS ESPECIALLY GREAT! EXTREMELY EFFICENT, prompt and highly knowledgeable! They can handle all your faxing, returning, shipping and notarization needs! World class!

I ordered a air filter which the man took my money for it. When I went back to get it, it wasn't there. He never ordered it, took my money and they can't even order me another one. For reason my cars air filter is not stocked at this location. Another time I purchased a battery from there that was bad. They refused to switch it out, after I told them my mechanic said 3times it's bad. So finally the 3rd time back there and the manager tested it. Guess what, it was bad. This Auto zone sucks and they are incompetent I will never be back. Learn your job!!

The staff here is so kind and helpful! The lady working just rocked in her customer service!! She stopped what she was doing and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, she didn't make me feel ignorant either and I really appreciated that.
