Blue Sun Realty has been great! Angie is extremely knowledgeable and has kept us very informed during the process of selling the home that she actually helped us purchase years ago. I can't say enough about how fantastic she has been, its nice to have a realtor that you can tell genuinely cares. I would 100% recommend Blue Sun Reality and if needed in the future I would definitely be using them again!

As a landlord of only two houses, one of the worst $221 a month? decisions I've made was choosing Blue Sun as my management company.
They were super nice and continue to be so. However due to poor vetting of applicants, I have continuously received HOA violations for issues that I believe the Agent should have addressed. Additionally, I believe that the Agent minimized the declining condition of my property at renewal time.

From renting to buying Crystal was a God send. Crystal was our property manager for 18 months while we rented. She was always responsive and sent the right people for the job whenever we did have an issue. When we were ready to purchase, we reached out to her, she was patient and completely engaged. She was honest and open about her thoughts, for her it wasn't just about the sale, it was ensuring that we found the best home for our family. If you are looking for a real estate agent, look no more.

Crystal Corbit is the absolute worst property manager to deal with my girlfriend has been in the same place now for about 5 yrs never missed rent and was never late but every time we would have an issue with the ac or tub or anything crystal would take her sweet time to respond back to any txt and never answered our phone calls what so ever even had her paying for her own cable and internet when it was part of the HOA which was included in the rent smh not worth the headache.

I rented a home in Winter Haven with Blue Sun Realty. Crystal made the experience so smooth and got us approved in a couple of days. There were a few issues with the home and she arranged for everything to be taken care of quickly. She was so courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend using her if you need a rental. Thanks for everything Crystal❤️

This is coming from my heart…. I would like to say this company was great from my renting experience! I applied when I was 19 & did a 7 month lease with them. It felt lovely any small repair needed they were there with no questions asked, great communication! Overall I loved my duplex, this company isn’t about money they want to make sure their renters are pleased with their living / home honestly.. Big shout out to Mrs.Crystal who was my landlord she was the best… Any time of day I needed her or had questions she was there every step of the way. I WOULD have kept renting from them but im in the process now of trying to buy my own home. Awesome people great company.

I rarely provide a review on services received, whether good or bad. But on this occasion, I feel compelled to do so. For the past two years going on three, the property management company that I’ve been dealing with is Blue Sun Realty. Within that time, the professionalism and sense of urgency provided is second to none! I have and will continue to recommend them.

Signed a rental agreement with them to a brand new house, the house was NEVER CLEANED prior to move in. I'm still mopping everyday to get grout dust and glue up from the floor. We had no hot water for 4 days, the garage didn't work, grass wasn't mowed, there were dirty footprints in the house like someone tracked iort from outisde. We were advised it comes with a washer & dryer and it doesn't have one. Realtor states it was stolen. We are most 2 weeks in and I have to text her every other day to find out the status of things that should've been taken care of prior to move in.Renters beware! Due your diligence before signing ANYTHING with this company.Added: no trash cans!

I am beyond disappointed from this group. It was near impossible to get in touch with someone. I called 3 different numbers and still got the same automated message and couldn’t leave a voicemail because their mailbox wasn’t set up. After finally getting in touch with the realtor, Crystal, on a property I was interested in she completed ignored me and did not follow up with me. Moving from New Jersey I did not feel appreciated or welcomed at all. Very disappointed.
